Very quick and the most resonabley priced anywhere. I have a nissan versa where the muffler keeps rusting though. I have been told everything from I need a new muffler (400-600), welding the pipe (250), and some other crazy things. But everytime the pipe breaks (in a different place) I come back to these guys and they weld it back together for 75. I even live in akron and take the 35 min drive to these guys. OK FOLKS .. this is THE BEST PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT ONLY are all the people there EXCELLENT EXTREMELY NICE - THEY ARE HONEST! So .. i had recently gone to FIRESTONE in PARMA to have my truck fixed. The catalytic converter was on the blitz. I knew that going in to Firestone. I had already had the diagnostic done else where and that is what it was showing. Ok.. so i wasnt charged diagnostics. I was given a quote / estimate to fix my vehicle. A mere $3252.93 . I have a vehicle that has two catalytic converters on it. Now to Firestones honor- they did recommend I go to a muffler shop and could probably get a better price. However they never told me someone must have stolen the straps off the battery and that it was in the truck with NOTHING !!!! ( they wrote it on the receipt but never told me verbally - i would have had it fixed!!!!! ) They had my vehicle for over 4 hours .. probably six hours. I had to walk there and back ... they didnt seem to care. so I took it to MUFFLERS FOR LESS . OMG ... they are awesome. They took me and showed me on the vehilce exactly what was the problem- two holes in one small part of the converter. They said they could cut out the bad part and replace it. COST WAS like NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! less than 150.00 I waited and they had it done within 45 minutes !!!!! Yes folks i am going to go take them cookies or something !!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ROCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am posting their flyer in my office.. The last time my grand father went here me and my father went with him to pick up his van. My grandfather was happy just to have his van fixed, my father on the other hand, being mechanically inclined, looked underneath to inspect the work. They charged my grandfather for a catalytic converter, extension pipe, muffler, and tail pipe. When my father looked underneath the van, the only thing that it had needed and the onlything replaced was the muffler. My grandfather went back inside and literally had to argue with the man behind the counter to get his money back for the never even done work. My family and I, nor any friends will ever go back or refer anyone here. Steer clear. read more

Unfortunately my first time there will be my last along with everyone I know. I varied from my normal shop on advice from a friend. Well what they said they would do and what was done for the price ended up being two different things. Upon contacting them the next day and explaining what was said to me the person who did the work didn't hear the same thing. He stated that is a standard price and to check elsewhere. Well I did at my normal place and it was half the cost imagine that. Although the owner was very nice and this place seems to be busy it's just a matter of time when people who have knowledge of cars passes the word on about how they don't care because they are always busy. Just remember General Motors was busy and look what almost happened. Bottom line is that I feel cheated and will never go back. I should of went to the same old place. SHOP AROUND!
