This female wasn't there in the old days and she may have the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. I literally almost went back In after dropping off my keys and saying "nevermind, I'll go elsewhere" and I should have. All it I had was a basic 36000 mile tune up, no mechanical "issues". First I get a call it wouldn't be done until the next day because the hours are cut way back. So that's fine, luckily I had the day off. I did need new brakes on the back so I did that too. I pick it up, way more expensive than I expected but I was pot committed. The ride home I hear noise, have to turn around and drive back and have the brakes adjusted because they're rubbing, inconvenient to say the least. They adjust it and off I go and somehow since the "tune up" it just rides worse than when I took it in, can't put my finger on it, just not a good ride and it's only 4 year old vehicle. I have been a customer of One stop auto for years. I've spent thousands of dollars and recommended…read morefriends and family to Tim and Venessa. I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5. I took my vehicle in to Stop because my check engine light came on and it was the thermostat. Tim told me that it would $450 plus tax and it would be about two days. I drove my car to the shop with only the engine light on. Tim had my car for over a week. After he fixed the thermostat every light on the dash was on and my car was non drivable. He said the engine was in default and he didn't know what was wrong and I should take it to the dealer. Tim damaged the fuel injector, and this cost me $1851.00 plus we had to get a rental car. I gave Tim the opportunity to fix this and he got nasty and told me to take him to court. Under no circumstances should a customer drive into a repair shop and then have to get their car towed out with no explanation as to what the problem was. This repair was clearly out of his league. The Cadillac Dealer called within an hour and told me what it was. He wasn't even competent enough as a mechanic find out why all the lights on the dash were on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TO one stop auto because I ending up making TWO STOPS and the second one cost me $1851 dollars. Now he will write a rebuttal, make a bunch of excuses, and try to spin it instead of taking accountability. Lets see how he spins this. Remember DROVE IN WITH ONE LIGHT ON AMD TOWED OUT WITH 5 lights on. Those are the facts.
