I love coming by here in the mornings instead of Starbucks. Their location on the square was too hard to park and order on a recurrent basis, so I'm pleased to be able to support their business! The line can sometimes be long, but it's worth the wait. They always have delicious seasonal items in addition to their menu staples. I've only had, maybe one coffee not live up to expectation, out of 20+ orders. I usually wind up ordering a seasonal drink, or their iconic Honey Lavender Lattee; my bf always gets their blended Maui mocha with extra shots. Mug and the Square is a great eclectic spot for some really nice coffee and coffee blends. This is an extension on the south end of town that is a drive through only. Coffees are the same, it's a one size cup establishment, order and that's it, there are not different sized cups to differentiate in 3 different languages like the big chain store. Staff is always friendly and smiling, they do a great job and seem to enjoy what they do. Service was quick today. I am a creature of habit at certain times of the year with my coffee, here it's usually the Coffee "Frost", which Frost is just another term for a frappuccino. Add a shot and it gets a great stronger coffee flavor. Highly recommended if you are passing by. read more

I've only done thr drive thru and of the times I have gone through there I've only had one good experience and that's when they actually did have my kind of drink that I like but the last few times I have gone through there and ordered a chocolate croissant it was very overbaked and dry and one time when I got a panini sandwich it was not fresh and stale tasting and still not having my favorite drink I ordered a banana nut Loaf and they hadn't got their food truck in yet so I ordered a muffin and had it heated up and when I pulled it out to eat it it was very dry and it was not fresh And a good fresh Warmed up muffin Is usually moist and crumbly And this was not. I've been holding off on posting a review because I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but every time I pull up there I drop 10 bucks and I feel like I've wasted my money I do like that they have a point system for your purchases but don't like that I feel like I've wasted my money in order to collect those points. read more

Outstanding value & quality! My wife is a (thankfully) fully recovered Starbucks addict, and (regretfully) now a frequent patron of Dutch Bros (fan of the Dutch Freeze options).
