Aug 2024 Stopped for a quick coffee for the road. I got and Americano w flavoring and milk. My friend got a specialty drink and a muffin. We both were very happy w our drinks. Single staff member offered to heat the muffin, it was also very delicious. And he was very kind, serving both the drive thru and dine in. They have some local honey and merch for sale. Cute area in down the hall to take your mug shot and lots of pics of the staff together. Seems like a small operation:) very lovely read more

I was excited to try this place while I was passing through. I ordered a drink and I was I was waiting. I noticed flies in the glass where the pastry items were. Then when I got in the car to take a drink, I noticed there was a dead fly in my drink. Really disgusting!! read more

Super friendly service! The hot Arkansas Honey Latte with vanilla was delicious. We weren't as big of fans of the Dirty Boot personally, but if you like sarsaparilla and licorice like flavors you will likely like it more than us. They have so many other great looking options, will definitely be back! Definitely a gem in the Hot Springs area. read more

I wanted to try something different (for me) and ordered an Arkansas Honey Latte with a half shot of lavender recommended by the barista which I really enjoyed. I was grateful she took the lead on a half shot instead of full shot as the full shot would likely have been too strong for my preference being new to that flavor in my coffee. I got my husband a caramel macchiato which he also enjoyed. The interior is simple and on theme. There is a display of shirts, mugs, local honey, etc for purchase. I had to drive around the parking lot and circle back to find the correct location. When turning into the main lot, it's on your far left. If going through the drive thru then you'd go straight back and turn left behind the building. read more

Starbucks has nothing on Mug Shots! One Sunday I wanted coffee and of course Mug Shots was closed so I decided I'd try starbys. Bad idea. Their coffee is SOOO bitter! And not tasty. I'll stick with my Outlaw from Mug Shots!!! Smooth, yummy coffee. And the girl at the one in Pearcy is phenomenal. Always happy, very knowledgeable and got to know me. And my Outlaw order is consistent, not like other places that are hit and miss depending on the barista. So if you love coffee try Mug Shots!!! read more

Found this place by Google map search for a coffee shop. Gave it a try. Ordered two ice coffees. One was a sugar free caramel and white chocolate latte and the other mocha flavored. Both were good. It was so nice to sit in two upholstered chairs there and sip our coffees in their air conditioned establishment as over 95 degrees outside. The place was clean and inviting. Clean store, bit bland. Small seating area. Quick service, somewhat helpful, seemed to be a little preoccupied. Nice selection of coffees, traditional and some unique house made selections. Variety of breakfast pastries are available too. read more

I normally stay at the Arlington hotel. I always make a special trip before I leave to Mug Shots. It is worth the drive. The service also makes this place. They are so sweet and beautiful. I watch how they treat all the customers. All the guests that I observed, was very happy. read more

Average coffee...I guess. The caramel macchiato has a strange aftertaste & I couldn't taste the espresso. My boyfriend said the cappuccino was good although The girl barista took it upon herself to educate us what a cappuccino is after we ordered it - she said most people don't know the foam to steamed milk ratio and she obviously assumed we didn't know either. Felt insulting. She could have asked us if we wanted the cap "wet or dry" and based on our answer she would've known if we knew anything about cappuccinos. The ambiance is sterile like a hospital. No decor besides their brand merchandise and honey. Walked in at 5:15p as a guest in town and the entire place smelled like Clorox bleach. They were clearly closing up shop 45 min early. No food items for sale. We didn't feel welcomed here. Absolutely nothing is enticing about this coffee shop. I am really curious how they get 5 stars ... is this the best this town has to offer? Great little roadside coffee stand. I loved their cafe con leche and my wife really liked the s'mores latte. Ellie the barista was very nice and friendly. Giving tourist advice to a couple of out of towners as well as making a great beverage and pupachino for our pooch kept us coming back while in Hot Springs. read more

Love this little stand! My husband and I stopped here on our way home to Colorado and we're so glad we did! The barista (we should have asked her name but she has long brown hair) was so sweet and killed it at multitasking! I got the White Mocha and my husband got a Caramel Macchiato with almond milk and they were delicious! We'll be stopping here next time we're in Arkansas! read more

AMAZING! Do not hesitate. Go here now! My husband and I are in town for the fourth and have been to a few local coffee shops and this one was by far the best experience and cup of coffee. I love this little spot. The Baristas are so fun and friendly and really put forth the effort to get to know you. They have an interesting selection of flavors to choose from, but are more than willing to make a concoction of your liking. If you're not sure what you'd like or just looking for something different they are so helpful in making suggestions or making something up for you. Get there early or wait until after the morning rush hour because this is a popular place. Best of all, you can support your local business!!! read more
