Matcha green milk tea with boba taro milk tea with boba south pacific squeeze smoothie

YUM!!! I saw all the other good reviews of the boba from here so I wanted to try it myself. It was delicious and very fresh. We had to wait a while to get it because only 1 man was working but it was worth the wait. If you're a boba lover you should stop here and give it a try. The inside is decorated really cute too.

Boba was just OK, but there weren't really many other options in the area. We stopped by here on our road trip leaving Hot Springs and headed to Eureka Springs. We got the jasmine milk tea and oolong milk tea.

I got the Mango Pineberry smoothie. It was refreshing and tasty. It was nice to have something cold to drink while exploring Downtown Hot Springs

The jasmine green tea was really sweet but good. They *all* come made with milk, though the menu doesn't say so. The drinks are all made in a back room which is a bit sketchy.

Great service & product! I love the Thai tea with popping boba but next visit I'm trying a smoothie with popping boba! My granddaughter & I love this place!

Great little hole in the wall in downtown! Matcha slush was really good and so was the milk tea

Their golden mango tea with popping mango bubbles is the order for us

The boba here is super fresh! My kids beg me to come a couple times a week. It's beginning to become a welcome tradition!

Ive gone here twice now. Both times the employees have been very nice, and they prepare the drinks really fast. I love it here.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with cute decor: squishy toys, stuffed animals, and a really fun, welcoming vibe. It definitely gives that "this is going to be a good boba spot" feeling. There's also a wall with decorative wings that makes for really cute photos. The space itself is pretty open, but I will say the seating is a bit limited. There are some places to sit, but if it gets busy, you might have to wait or take your drinks to go since I didn't notice any outdoor seating. Now for the drinks. I ordered the taro tornado with lychee jelly (my first time trying it), and it did not disappoint. My cousin got a vanilla milk tea with passion fruit popping bubbles, and another drink we had was coconut milk tea with regular bubbles. I also tried the lotus steamed buns. This was my first time having that flavor, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The filling was a bit firmer than I anticipated, so I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but if you're familiar with lotus buns, you might have a better idea of the texture. Customer service was great. The person at the front was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a cute, fun spot with good drinks and a nice atmosphere.

The gentleman working the counter was very polite and helpful and offered to let her try the original tapioca pearls and it helped her with her choice he was so nice! The store is cute and has a nice mural of pink wings to take pictures in front of. They also have some cute cups. The flavor of the drinks were nice.

The place has great decor with puzzles, games, a mini pac man game, chess set, and other great things to do as you chill and drink your tea. They sell some other desserts and trinkets at the store. The seating is comfy and inviting. If ever in Russellville, stop by and order a Boba tea. There are many different flavors available!! May return if nearby. We had a fun time.

Upon walking in it reminded me a bit of a coffee shop feel, but more kid oriented. There were little areas to sit and hangout as well as do games and crafts. They also had things around the store to purchase; from Labubu clothes to unique candies, and cakes. The people ahead of us were a party of five, and I think someone was ahead of them getting a drink as well. Cool little spot and I can see why tweens like to hang out here. Big BUT coming... The girl making the orders kept stopping making previous orders when someone else would come in. Instead of just asking the people to wait while she finished them; she would stop what she was doing and go take their orders. This resulted in extremely long wait times! Also there were a couple girls in there who kept asking for water refills and every couple minutes would bring something up to the counter to ask the price; which the girl would stop making drinks and help them. The people ahead of us finally got their drinks after twenty minutes, and after thirty I finally went to ask about our drinks. By this time the store was becoming more crowded. As I was standing near the counter another lady came out, and said to the worker "why didn't you tell me we were busy?" I said to her I had been waiting thirty minutes, and she stated making my drinks. She finished one and I said I have another, and she replied "I don't know what you ordered!" I told her it should have been near the other cup. She did give me a coupon for a free drink, and apologized, but that's not the only complaint. They charge extra for boba pearls!!! Like none of their "boba" comes with "boba?" You can either add half a scoop for 65c or a full one for over a dollar. That's kinda lame if you ask me. So in closing; train your workers to be more efficient, and stop charging extra for boba pearls that go in boba!
