I was DELIGHTED to discover via their website that they sold beef slices (thinly sliced top round) for rouladen. Rouladen is a german dish that's part of my partner's Christmastime tradition. So, thanks to Knight's -- we were able to celebrate/maintain some kind of tradition! I ordered 12pcs and it came in two packages of 6 pcs each (~3lbs) at $12.99/lb. We were able to cut each piece in half so next time, I'll just order 6 pcs or 1 package! I called a couple days in advance for a Christmas Eve pick up and it was pretty seamless! Knight's Market is pretty easy to miss as it's a nondescript gray building, but worth a visit for an order ahead specialized meat order. If you need something immediately, the butcher inside Sparrow Market may be better as Knight's Market is relatively small and only has more common types of meats/cuts stocked regularly.

It feels like you're going to an old family reunion where everybody knows you and kindness is normal. The store has an excellent selection of items. At first, when I worked in, I was feeling a little overwhelmed because it felt cluttered, but there's honestly just a really good selection. I'm not able to eat their donuts anymore due to allergies, but when I was, they freshly fry their donuts and they were excellent! Not many places do this anymore.
