It is conveniently located in Downtown Duluth, which is super nice and the facility has a cool open feel. I don't know what else they do, in particular, other than what's on their website.. I just know that I took a hot yoga class and it was nice. They have a locker room, one restroom/shower shared by all customers, water fountain, they provide yoga mats (if you don't have one), blocks, etc The first time rate for a new student is $6/class, then it goes up to $10/class after that visit. The instructor was nice and it was a good 1hr yoga class, I just wish it would've been slightly hotter. I enjoy the 100+ heat, but it felt more like a good 85 degrees, which is warm enough to make you sweat a lot but not hot enough to suffocate you. Still.. The building was not specifically designed for the hot yoga classes, but they seem to have adapted quite well. The room is charming and smells really nice. The lobby felt a little empty but very welcoming. I recommend people try a class here once.

Along with Ben, Anthony helped us get set and both were very patient and friendly with our group. We had many first time climbers and they both encouraged them and made them feel comfortable. Everything ran as smoothly as possible. Check in was quick and flawless. The workers were interactive with the kids and encouraging. They challenged the kids that were looking for challenges and they were so helpful to the kids that were hesitant to climb.
