I was told the problem areas in an exit interview and given some stretching tips to help alleviate the pain! Some backstory: I'd been traveling for the past week and was overexerting myself. A 2.5 hrs into a 5 hr drive passing through Duluth I was in a lot of pain. I'm very thankful to have thus last minute appointment, like 20 min before it started! I was treated to cucumber water, sitting in a pleasantly decorated and calm waiting area. I only had 30 minutes with Nick, who, but in such little time, managed to get me right enough to make the rest of my journey. Thank you!

There treatments are fine for the area, but I felt shorted on time for what I paid, for example a 60 minute scheduled service ended in 40 minutes.
