Extremely uncomfortable and obviously can't wear. I emailed to see if they would accept a return and pay for return shipping since the item is obviously unable to be used for its intended purpose. Note that I paid for shipping initially which I know I am out of luck on that. I got an extremely rude response saying they will not pay for shipping and told me if the package was altered in any way (presumably it was since she tried it on) I would not get a refund. Now in order to get a refund I am out $10 bucks on a $28 bracelet. Horrible customer service and rude. Would never order from them again.

There were many items that caught my eye and I had to wrangle myself in. I purchased a pair of earrings and two pairs of socks. I got some Christmas shopping done.
