I was shocked honestly and she said that the gentleman was in and that my daughter could come in and also handed the phone so I can speak with the gentleman who would do her hair. So we chatted and ended up walking in about 10-15 mins later and they greeted us with warm smiles and her hair came out beautifully. Just be sure to explain EXACTLY what you want and don't be afraid to look in the mirror every now and some. Overall, I will be going back. I won't get what I recently got did (extra long medium braids) took 8 hours But I don't like the fact that I was switch to another braider to complete my braids. I'd prefer that my hair be braided completely as the braider go along.
