I called to make sure I could get adjoining room (traveling with my husband and four kids) and the phone call reinforced my decision to stay here. I think her name was Rachel or Rebecca (about 10pm on the 7th if November). Despite it being late in the evening, the girl on the phone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Upon arrival, the blue lights on the outside of the building had my kids wowed. The lobby is unique with the grand staircase with the Rt66 mural in the background. It was clean, and inviting. The girl behind the desk was the same one on the phone and again, she was everything I would hope for in a friendly face to greet me as a guest at a hotel. I'm not even a rewards member with this chain but I felt like I'd been staying with them my whole life. She checked us in and gave us a quick briefing on WiFi and breakfast. Our rooms couldn't have been more perfect. Spacious!!! We had a king in one room and two queens in the other. I love the updated neutral decor. Probably my favorite thing was the anti-fog mirrors in the bathroom. Soooo cool!! Even better was the ambient lighting around the frame of the mirror so you're not blinded by the ceiling light in the middle of the night. The beds were very comfortable. My husband doesn't like to sleep in any bed but his own and even he liked these beds and pillows. We all slept great! I would definitely stay here again. I would actually go out of my way to stay here again. Customer service is my number one factor when rating businesses and this place would have four stars even without all of the other perks, based solely on the fantastic customer service I received during my stay.

Thanks BW.

The fish and steak were good, but the duck was amazing. AND the twice baked potato was soooo good and the pesto they provide with some yummy buttery garlic toast is super good too. Unique and tasty salad. All in all LOVE this restaurant/bed and breakfast. And the dessert was amazing too! Their breakfast is also good. Love love love this place. Will be coming back for future anniversaries. The massages are really good too. I recommend doing an hour or more instead of standard 30 minutes. The ambiance is nice also. Not stuffy and overly fancy/sterile but comfortable, welcoming and classy.

We had a couple massage, which was my first legit message I've ever received. Both ladies made us feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. A few minutes in after we were comfortable the general small talk was nice and the complimentary mimosas were exceptionally great. Dinner was amazing. Steak, duck, chicken, potatoes, dessert.... 10 out of 10. The lounge and bar areas were peaceful and accommodating. We loved everything. Our room was upgraded and even though it was raining it still was an amazing stay. Safe to say we will be returning! Thank you to all the staff. You all are amazing!

The hotel room is beautiful and both of the pool areas are fantastic. It definitely do not feel like I'm in Oklahoma and I feel like I'm at some resort in Mexico. It was my second time but my husbands first time. We checked in at the spa tower. Valet was included in our resort fee of 19.99 per day. Check in was easy and we went to get our casino cards. We walked around about 4 hours, even tho our room was ready when we arrived. Dropped our bags and left. We were on the 9th floor. Nice room and decent view. The casino is gigantic! So many games, slots and table games. There is a movie theater , concert venue, bowling alley, arcade, several restaurants and bars and a food court. We didn't make it to the pool but got wristbands in case we had time. Only there for 1 night. Casino: slots were tight but I played for most of the night on various blackjack and roulette games. My winnings were steady. There are plenty of machines. The only negative is while you are playing, bar service is pretty much nonexistent. I saw waitresses walking around the tables but not once at the machines and we were all over. Get your own drinks at a bar or cart before sitting or prepare to get up to get them. Food: we ate at Smashburger for lunch. I really enjoyed my burger and fries. They were smash fries with a nice sauce on them and truffle oil. The burger was flavorful. I got a caramel Cinnabon. Another great treat. For dinner we went to the seafood buffet. It was 55.00 each and we were excited. Every.single.thing was overcooked. Fried fish, shrimp, chicken and snow crabs, all overcooked so hard I couldn't finish one bite of any of them. That bad. The etouffee was good but the rice was crispy. I immediately called for the manager. She apologized profusely and offered a full refund. Yeah we couldn't eat there. Great service and I hope they took the feedback and made changes. Finally, I ate velvet taco and hubby had chicken strips from the hot chicken place , good late night eats on both fronts. Checkout time on Sunday arrived too fast but we got packed up to hit the road and got our free soft drinks to go. Got the valet validated and on our way. Excellent stay and we will go back. You do not have to leave once you get there.

They clearly value faith, connection, and relationships-- which I absolutely love! They even have an entire lobby and breakfast area with Christian books, movies, and snacks. There were a few things that made our trip a little less comfortable. First, we tried to contact the owners multiple times and never received a response back. They have signs posted saying that guests should feel welcome to reach out via text anytime, but every time we did... we heard nothing. The thing that I am having difficulty getting past was a stain on the comforter of the bed... there was a clear blood stain on the quilt, which made us feel uneasy. We texted the owner asking where we could find extra blankets, since we didn't want to use the comforter, and didn't receive a response back... This made me question the cleanliness of where we were staying. To be fair though, everything else seemed clean! I write this to be constructive and truthful. I'm not sure that we would stay here again, but I can tell many people value and cherish La Ville inn, including the sweet couple we met in the lobby during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and peaceful. (The only suggestion I have is to bring a noise machine, box fan, etc as it is located on a very busy main road with a lot of semis, and a train track nearby. We used an app in our phone which was perfect), There is a small kitchen area with coffee, snack items, bagels, fruit, etc which is complimentary. The king sized bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom is huge, with a massive shower and jetted tub, double sinks and a closed off area for the toilet. There is a living area, a big closet, and ample room for everything! There is a roomy fenced in deck which was lovely, just no light out there after dark which made it a bit difficult. This is definitely for couples, I wouldn't bring my kiddo for sure. (Which we did not) We will definitely be back! Loved it!
