The people at Casale were great when we explained the situation and recommended renting a Toro Dingo. It arrived as promised, except that the coop ended up raising the Toro off its tracks for some reason. When I called Casale, Matt Dotson, their manager listened to me and decided to swap the Toro with a beefier Cat. It came within a couple of hours and they only charged me the difference (~$70). Matt walked me through the new machine over the phone and the coop was in place a little later. Great guys!!!
