Checking back in was only slowed down by some friendly chit chat...quick and easy. My ONLY fault is on myself for assuming a ramp would be on the truck, and it wasn't. But when I go back, and I will, I will know that next time!

A lot -- screwed up reservation, screwups on the charge card, dirty truck that I had to clean out, etc. But the cost renting a van from Enterprise or other truck rentals was just out of my league, and I was preparing to just use downtown UHaul again. Then I found these people on the UHaul site and thought I'd give them a try. This was a completely different, positive experience: they reserved my van at the time I needed it, texted me with a confirmation, made sure it was very clean before I used it, had it ready exactly on time, explained everything, and handled the final return professionally -- all at a price I could afford. The move was easy (I wouldn't say effortless, it was a sofa after all), the treatment I got was good, the people who are doing this are polite, honorable, and decent. I recommend them highly and am going to use them again in the future.
