Just leased a truck from Mullen Motors last Wednesday and had a fabulous experience!!! We have been looking for a Ram 1500 for since September 2015. I visited 4 New York dealerships in person and was in touch via phone and email with 3 others. Yes that adds up to seven total! What a waste of time! I wish I started at Mullen Motors, the process was smooth and pleasant every step of the way. My salesperson was Sarah Kane and she was patient with me every step of the way. I live 1.5 hours from Southhold, in Nassau county, it was worth the trip. When Sarah located the exact vehicle I wanted, she confirmed the pricing, she asked me to come in to sign the paperwork & pick up the truck. I tried this 3 times before at other dealerships and walked out, because the prices always changed and I felt like I was being scammed. The price was exactly what we agreed on over the phone. Sarah reviewed the paperwork and all the truck details clearly and I was out the door with the truck in an hour and a half. I even experienced their service department, they asked me if I wanted the security lug nuts installed, I said yes and the service man installed them right away, with a smile. I then met Rich Mullen, one of the owners during the transaction (I thought here we go) but I was wrong, He just wanted to introduce himself and wish me well with the truck! He even told me that he lived locally and if I ever needed any help with any service to contact him. I highly recommend this dealership, the total experience was very refreshing!! Best dealer ever, period. These guys really know their stuff both in sales and service. We dropped our Jeep off for an A/C problem and new shocks. The A/C was a quick fix, but the problem we were feeling with the car's ride took a test drive to diagnose. They acknowledged the problem and ordered the parts for it to be fixed which will be done soon, straight-shooting and no scams. Luckily our lease also meant the work was under warranty. We leased the car at a dealer closer to home in Westchester, but Mullen took it in for service no problem. It's definitely worth going to them for service when we're out East over the summer, they really know what they're doing. Everyone at Mullen is so down to earth and friendly, a total rarity amidst endless dealers trying to rip you off. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

Purchased a vehicle here and had an overall good experience. Sales department was generally good, just know you will pay a bit more for your purchase here. Their service department is wonderful. They never tried to upsell me on unnecessary maintenance or repairs. Always honest and upfront, and they know you when you walk in the door. Had a flat tire and came in when the service area was closed. One of the mechanics was still there and offered to fix it for me so I could get home. Terrible Service!!!! I brought my car here for an intermittent problem. I was charged $400 for the repair. Two days latter the problem reappeared. I then brought the car back. I was told they couldn't help me because the car has to have the problem while it is there. Duh, why didn't you tell me that before you charged me $400 for a part and labor that I did not need? read more

I get my car serviced here all the time and so does my father, mother and brother. We all drive dodges except my mother who drives a Honda but they still treat her car just as good and they even giver the dodge licence plate cover when she goes in. They are friendly and always do a fantastic job, as long as I live here they will have my business. read more

There's nothing like a small town, local, mom and pop shop to provide you with friendly, real, legit customer service that we all deserve. I always get my car serviced there, as well as many of my friends and family, and have never had any issues. As a woman who dosent know much about cars - its easy to get intimidated when it comes to getting work done - but they always offer a thorough explanation and make sure you understand what the issue is and what your paying for. I really wanted to like this place as I heard great things about it. Sales person I dealt with, a woman with red hair, was awful. Think her name was Sarah. Not knowledgeable about the products, could have been less interested, didn't even ask me my name and try to sell me anything. Looked up inventory to match what I was looking for, took her forever, answers to my questions were abrupt to the point of sounding annoyed. I guess I am at a point in my life if I am going to spend 35,000 on something you have to sell me a little bit anyway and pretend to give a crap. Hubby and I are off to Riverhead and Southampton to see if we have better luck at the Jeep dealers there ......just was a very bad experience and disappointed because I so wanted to like them because as I said I have heard great things about them and they are convenient. I hate leaving bad reviews because one bad apple should not spoil the whole cart of apples, but I think it is important that people get feedback on their businesses. As I said, I have heard good things so I just hope mine was an isolated case. read more
