I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. The sales dept and the service dept are beyond amazing. I would like to thank Rob, Charlie and, Alex on the sales team and finance dept. They truly went above and beyond for me. They are friendly and personable, they know what they are doing, and they get things done. They gave me a good deal for my Ford Explorer Timberline but their service department is horrible. After 3months I noticed my transmission is having rough shifting. My research indicated it could just be a software reset but they right away recommended a transmission replacement. I was so disappointed because my car only has 3k miles on it so I called Ford also. I called and Ford costumer service called also left messages to follow up on the transmission. Sal Castleton which is the service supervisor never returned our calls. I then decided to perform the software reset which fixed the problem. So in conclusion they are incompetent or trying to rip me off. read more

when I canceled my order for a new Ford bronco they kept my deposit even though they re-sold the car to another buyer shortly afterwards

Service dept is adequate but sales and management are awful. Once they get your money calls are never returned. I would say to anyone looking to purchase a Ford to go elsewhere. read more

I would highly suggest after my last car buying experience that you find a different car dealership. You would think a service department would go over a car being sold and address any malfunction or damage. This will be my last car buying experience with Lucas Ford. This dealership consistently fails in customer service. We brought our car in for recall repairs. When the appointment was made we were told it would take 2 days. When we go to drop the car off we're told they need it for a week the explanation being that it's two days of work. Do they not think that people need to plan for a week of no car? Other trips in to this dealership for service are similar. No rides back home are provided even when they tell you that they will drive you home when you make the appointment. When it comes time to take you home the response is - with indignity - I can't leave now you have to wait with no time frame given. They did this to my friend's 80 year old mom. This is not a community with public transportation that is at all convenient. Next car, different dealership different company. read more

Beware of the used cars! We figured they did a Carfax on the car, nope It has 2 Accidents on carfax which wasn't disclosed. The mechanic that works there traded in the car in for a Mustang. The first week she brought it in for a whistle in the vents and the mechanic that traded the car took off the dash to fix. The car then wound up in the shop for a week 2 weeks after my daughter purchased it. Needed a new radiator. The check engine light flicked on and off brought it back Along with a front end clunk. Couldn't find anything wrong. Was an expensive lesson for us and our daughter buying her new used car. I left several messages along with my daughter and they never called back. We were warned after we bought it from friends with their not so good experiences. Never again! read more

These guys know who to and who not to rip off. I sent my daughter in to look at the explorer XLT. They told her she was looking at aprox $510 a month. When she told me that I thought that was a little high. So I went in myself and looked at the same car (I'm a mechanic) I asked how much and they come in at $425 right off the bat. My Ford Edge was having issues and even though I didn't have an appointment, I decided to bring it in and see if they could give me an idea of what was wrong. I was in and out within an hour and they fixed the problem on the spot, free of charge!
