Although I live in Oklahoma City, OK, one of my sons had my 2001 F150 Truck, which had broken down and had to be sold for parts through Peddle.com, as the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. When I contacted Peddle.com, they informed me that MT&R was the company towing the vehicle and to contact them. When I called MT&R, the receptionist (Kristin; I believe) was very friendly and put me in contact with her manager (Rob). When I explained the situation and my location, they worked with me to allow a 2.5 hour drive, as I had the vehicle title and had to be present when the vehicle was picked up. Rob informed me that Michael (MT&R Driver) would call me when I arrived at the pickup location. When I called Michael, he made it to the vehicle within 15 minutes. When Michael showed up, he looked me in the eyes, stated his name and gave me a handshake. Michael was very easy to talk to and explained the process, took the required pictures of the vehicle and handed me the Peddle.com paperwork/check. Prior to leaving Michael offered to shake my hands again and wished me a safe drive back to Oklahoma City. I was greeted by Brendan upon arrival and checked-in with Bryan at the front desk. The process was quick and easy, it took less than 2 minutes and I was seated in the waiting area. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was spotless with plenty of auto magazines to keep me occupied during my wait. I met Zach and Mike, the automotive technicians and had an opportunity to ask questions and get their expert advice on my SUV service. Mike noted that one of my front wiper blades was worn out and the set needed to be replaced. Great catch just in time for the winder weather!
