Anthony who is the only VM the personal lines VM goes to never answers or returns call. Commercial lines--same thing no one answers. We need to cancel a policy because we sold the item but can't do that directly with the company and no one at this agency cares enough to return the call or email. So very unprofessional and non client oriented. Don't see how they have lasted this long. Meanwhile the policy is earning premium that we could be having returned to us.
