He came out on his day off, made several phone calls and had the right people out there within hours to fix the break. Talk about a great team! I also needed some wiring fixed in another room, so I asked about that, and it was taken care of on the same visit. After a total of just an hour and a half, both things were completed and at a very reasonable price. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us.
