Technology Shaming a senior…read more My husband made an appointment and we talked about it being on new years eve. My husband isn't a techy, but seriously we do rely on notifications for appointments believe it or not. I heard the scheduler talking to him about the tech and couldn't believe how condescending they were in the discussion. Things like we did send you a notification and it was for some reason and you must have replied stop or no (should be stop). Weird thing is, he would have no idea to do that and why? Are you sending things other than appointment reminders?. Then it was about sending you wife a notification too, which I did not get either. Then she went on to say well we also sent an email to you. Hubby - to what address, scheduler - read out an address that was over 4 years old. Hubby - well that is really an old address I do t work there any longer. Scheduler- well we wouldn't know that if you didn't tell us (in a very sappy tone). He just hung up because she was seriously not being helpful, only trying to blame us for the communication issue, and just behaving like a jerk. We couldn't see any remedy being offered, and just accusations. Take some responsibility to communicate with your customers in a way that works for them. STOP Technology Shaming.!! If they called him to confirm he would have answered, I would prefer a text, others prefer an email. We all are different, sort it out and stop blaming the customer.

I wish that I had done my research and clarified that I was not looking for an exam. They do not take CARE CREDIT. I should have asked that question as well. I've always had good luck with Care Credit and used it to supplement my dental insurance. The company they use will lend a lot more money up front but I didn't like the terms.

Everybody was so friendly and talked me through everything very thoroughly, making sure I was doing alright every step of the way. I don't know if they offer nitrous because I was so relaxed that I didn't even have to ask for it. That's a first for me! I was seen very quickly and it is a small office so I didn't have to wait very long between the x-rays and the procedure either. Also, I don't have insurance and the fees were very reasonable. Dr. Persinger says on his website that he assists with the union gospel mission dental clinic, so it is clear that he is a compassionate and caring individual. I found him on reddit, where he occasionally offers free or discounted services to people in need. I would recommend this office to anybody and will definitely be back if I need any more work done while I'm in the area.

Not sure what happened here because I chose this place due to the positive reviews but had a…read morenegative experience. I then realized the positive reviews were from several years ago. They expect payment when scheduling before any work is done which is a bad sign and I definitely experienced some burnout vibes here: condescending attitude toward patient satisfaction, lacking empathy, and recommending work that I am not sure was necessary. Seem to care more about profit and really felt like they like the profit but not as much actually providing positive experiences here. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with dental anxiety. Regret scheduling here, and only really went because I didn't know Dental Health Associates in Lakewood started taking military insurance.
