My appt was 8 am and everything went as scheduled. This is the best staff ever. Such a welcoming vibe from the receptionist to the medical staff so friendly and kind. Dr Todd is the BEST kindest humble kind caring patient dentist. I have extreme anxiety with dentist but not since i was referred to Dr Todd by my sister. Thank you everyone and to Debbie my dental assistant who made me feel calm and was so gentle. I'm allergic to pets and they have a dog that just walks around. I love animals and hate that I am allergic. They didn't even tell me, after my appointment started I saw the dog out of the corner of my eye while I am laid back with someone in my mouth. I don't want too be a jerk, but who am I to tell the dentist to put the dog away. Sadly can't come here again wish I had been given a heads up. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Todd's office for 8 or 9 years now. I've had several fillings, a couple of crowns and a LOT of regular cleaning. all of those services have had good if not great results. overall I've really appreciated my interactions. staff has been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. if there is a downside it's been billing oddities. my insurance covers all cleanings and the billing system will bill me anyways, calling clears that right up. of late during the 2020 mess I've been left feeling... uncomfortable in public places. I do have a medical waiver for the mask that remains a constant problem fo rme. based on that I get to wait IN THE PARKING LOT and then get my temperature taken when I go in. this does nothing to help my anxiety level. read more

I have been to quite a few dentists in the area over the last few years. I've been to Dr. Todd's office twice now and this is where I will go from now on. I think the work they do is great but what really sets them apart is how Dr. Todd and the staff treat you. They are fun and friendly. They describe everything they are doing in detail and take the time to answer any questions you may have. They never seem rushed. I had an insurance question and since the answer wasn't readily available, they called the insurance company and got it resolved on the spot. I highly recommend Dr. Todd and his staff. read more

I came to this amazing Dentistry family with a serious issue and not only did they not judge me (that's a big reason why many ppl don't go to the Dentist) they treated me like I was a friend of theirs. I have never been to a Dentist's office that was so warm, friendly and compassionate. The work that was done was fantastic and I am eternally grateful. I'm switching my Family from our current provider. I called and went to probably six offices that day and no one would help me until I walked in here. That means everything to me. I have crohn's disease and am on Humira which is an immune suppressant. I was very clear everyone needed to be masked up when getting cleaning and exam at Dentist on Sept 30. Hygienist was masked and wore face shield. Dentist came in last and did the cavity and teeth exam. I got out of the chair and noticed he was not wearing his mask over his nose and no face shield. I pointed out he should wear the mask over his nose. His response was "It slips". I said wear a mask with the metal clip that keeps it from slipping. His response was "Then I can't breath.". As to why he was not wearing a face shield his response was "I can't see". For the entire exam his nose breath was going directly into my mouth and vice versa. I had a full conversation with the office manager stating I would continue as patient "IF" she could guarantee he would be masked nose and mouth. She said she could not guarantee that. "He's a grown man..." We have agreed that I will call in for the 2 week period when they are open to get a status of his health. If he was asymptomatic and gave me the virus he is giving it to everyone else too. Also any patient who is asymptomatic will give it to him and then he will spread it to everyone he sees. I was in a panic and saw my primary doctor who referred me to Hawk's Prairie COVID testing. They said they can't test unless I have symptoms (which I still don't) or know he was positive. I call to get a status of him when they are open. I don't want anyone hurt and thus need this reported and his behavior corrected or he needs to stop seeing patients. Dr. Todd has been my dentist since I moved to Washington in 2010. He's very friendly and professional and his staff is courteous. The office accepts various types of insurance including MetLife and United Concordia. They even offer complimentary bottled water, juice, and coffee made from their Keurig beverage maker. Still blown away by my experience! I normally dread dental appointments. I have dental anxiety and I often let it get the best of me. Dr. Todd's office was by far the best I've ever been to. After checking into my appointment I used the restroom and it was spotless! They also offered complimentary tooth brushes and mouthwash which came in handy because I came on my lunch hour. I then went back to the treatment room and the assistant, receptionist, hygienist were all so nurturing and had a great sense of humor. I felt at ease. They took X-rays and actual pictures of my teeth. This made it easier for me to understand what was going on. Dr. Todd is amazing about connecting with his patients. It really made me forget I was at the dentist. I was then sent home with a treatment plan which made it so much easier knowing what I need to do. I actually look forward to my next visit. read more

Dr. Todd is by far the best! I've worked in dentistry for 12 years and can honestly say that HE is great. The staff is very friendly. Danita, has such a great presence and warm heart. They actually present work to you that is NEEDED. You won't get ripped off for any unneccessary work. What more can I say? Honestly the best experience at the dentist I have ever had, and I am not a poster child for taking care of my teeth. Now that they send text messages reminding you about upcoming appointments that really helps. Hats off to their hygienists, making you feel comfortable and the amount of consideration they have you if you have even the slightest amount of pain blew me away.
