This isn't the smallest mall I've been to and it's not the dingiest but when a quarter to a third of your stores have left then it's time to come up with a way to revive this place! I mean it's bare in terms of stores and in terms of people coming here. Besides the 2 phone stores in the mall, a smallish Winners and Peoples Jeweler there really isn't anything else in this mall that isn't tacky or a ghetto version of a chain store. It's nowhere near the size or selection of the Nike outlet store in Las Vegas and nowhere near the deals either but deals can be found. They have all the clothing to look like or act like a jock. There are racks of clearance items which are definitely sales but not the deep discounts that you can find elsewhere. The shoes selection is also large but it has a lot of styles that look like they were kicked out of the Frankenstein collection. If you're looking to find some gems it's definitely possible here but definitely on the discounts that I thought I'd see.

I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

As a last ditch effort, I called this location and much to my disappointment, I received the same response. It was not the answer I wanted to hear as much as it was not the answer she wanted to give so she asked me to hold while she took a physical look around the store and in the back. Tada! She found my purse!!! I'm still not sure why it wasn't showing in their inventory but I was thankful that she took the effort to actually look for it. It was late on a Wednesday night and I knew I wouldn't be able to go to Niagara Falls until the weekend so I asked if she could hold it for me. From what I understand, they typically only hold an item for 48 hours but she extended that for me to ensure the purse would be held until the following Monday, giving me plenty of time to make the trek out to the Falls. We left after work on Friday and two hours later, I had my purse. :)))) The store itself is nicely laid out and, at 6pm on a Friday, was busy, but not overly crowded. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and ready to help. My overall experience at this location was excellent and I would have to say, it's definitely worth checking them out.

I even saw Hawaiian Host Strawberries and Creme White Chocolate covered mac nuts. I love seafood. They had cooked lobsters in packages of two for around $35 and huge packages of large head on shrimp for around $20. What a deal. If I was there longer I definitely would have bought those to eat. Sadly, we were leaving that day. Try out the food court is a must for me. They had all the standard: pizza, hot dogs and soft serve ice cream. They did have polish dogs. I wish they would bring that back at home. They also sell chicken strips and fries. I had to try out a Canadian specialty which is the poutine $6.99. It's french fries smothered in brown gravy and cheese curds. It was my first time trying it and I did not like it. The gravy was so salty and made the fries soggy. That said, the differences based on geographical locations keep things interesting. Although there were plenty of folks walking about, traffic was pretty tamed and so were the lines queuing up to checkout. Speaking with one of the bakery staff members, their recent seasonal item was the Peach Mango Coconut Loaf Cake, which sounded amazing, so I got two. Even the cashier lady was eyeing them and wondered if they were any good. I also purchased a package of Mrs. Dunster's Crescent Shaped Sugar Donuts. After taking these items back home, my family and coworkers had a chance to try the loaf cakes. In my opinion, these loaves were a tad sweeter than I'd like, but the others enjoyed it. The donuts on the other hand were delicate and balanced in its sweetness, so I kinda wished I bought more.
