I asked the young lady to help me unscramble and she turned around and she impatiently told me to "hold on" and she will fix it. It's not what she said that was a turn off, it's how she said it. Sales staff, please be mindful of your "tone of voice" because some of us area already in our mid 70s and wish to have some respect.

One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home.
