Pre pandemic the provided a handful of reliable staff over the years we used them. This year they…read morehave dramatically changed and have horrible business practices such as a caregiver that was assigned to a shift fell asleep and so my Dad took a fall and has bruised ribs and has declined due to this. Mind you the owner did not call to say sorry or check in on our Dad. The Care Manager did say they were sorry, but wouldn't you think the owner would have called or said something? Tried to give them a second chance, the fill-in was good did a decent job. The next week on Thursday morning the caregiver they had set up to come quit on them that morning, so they did stepped up and the Care Manager worked the shift. 2nd night - the caregiver was a no show which they were not aware of and could not get ahold of this person. So left us hanging with no help at all for that shift. The following morning told us that they were unable cover that day's shift too and going forward. While I can appreciate that help is hard to find. If they would pay their caregivers more than $11-14/hr but charge the customers $30/hr and give this pay to the caregivers they might get more reliable staff. They are more about cushioning their pockets then taking care of their staff or their clients. If you have a loved one I would NOT recommend using this company as they are not focused on taking care of the elderly as they state. If they would they would pull out all the stops to help their customers and take care of their caregiver staff accordingly instead they take the money.

They sent us some real angels and were so patient with our ever changing scheduling needs. Dealing with aging parents is a tricky endeavor and we could not have done it without the help of Steve, Wendy, Ruth, Kevlyn, Larissa and Heather (I hope I'm not forgetting anyone!). Thank you all so much for all you did to make the last two months with our mother so much easier and pleasant.

I have been a caregiver for 37 years and I got my first client today. The care plan that they went…read moreover with me did not match up with the client when I got there. When I arrived the son started being very descriptive about his mother and her needs and nothing that he was sharing with me was stated in her care plan. I was taking notes so that I could make sure to get this information back to the company so they could update their care plan for us Moving forward to be able to accommodate the client. The client who was angry, didn't want a Caregiver there. The son stated she had been like that with other caregivers as well. They had just started with her on Saturday. She tells us to leave the room get out of the room leave me alone. She does not want us there. Jackie who is an assessment manager did not do her job properly by not putting all of the assessment together and relay it to the booking people to make sure the care plan was listed properly so that us as caregivers knew what we needed to do. But it should've never come to that because she is not ready for care because she does not want anybody in her home. This was very clear today when I got there. So therefore Angie, who performs all of the orientations, decided to let me go today because I brought it to her attention that Jackie did not do her job well by dropping the ball on her position and assessing the situation and she used every excuse as to why I was not needed there. So this is why I'm leaving a review on this terrible company and I would not recommend anybody go work here. This is not how you run a business you do your job and you do it thoroughly so that every buddy is on the same team for the family and the client. I've been doing this a very long time and this would've not happened. Had I been an assessment coordinator for the client? It would not have gotten to this point. So now I pay the price and I get let go thank you Angie for doing me a favor by not working for a terrible company. The only good thing about this company is Tristan who is one of the booking agents who said he was going to follow through and make sure I get paid. I do hope that happens. Hopefully I don't have to take it higher if I don't get paid.
