The service is really fast. They have the printer that I need (which is a printer that has the ability to print 11x17). I had to print 12 sheets and it costs just under $5. To be honest, I never really thought that it would cost so low and very affordable (especially for students like me). I will be going to this place as much as possible (or when I need to print 11x17 sheets which is very likely to happen) because the prices are affordable.

I receive all my parcels from any other courier service including Canada Post, it is only UPS that continuously provides this non-existent customer service. I had to walk with a disability and two children to the UPS pick up point only to be told my package isn't there and they returned it. I knew this wasn't true because I could see them looking for it after they scanned the slip but they were getting frustrated looking so they just decided to say its not there. Once I started to question how can you say that without being certain and stating that I will not leave until you find my package, they continued to look. Let me be clear, they only kept looking because I said I wasn't leaving. Then magically after 45 mins they found it. They are lazy, untrustworthy and disorganized. They tried to apologize but at this point, I'm sick, and have two children tired - all because they are lazy from the driver not buzzing to the store clerk making up stories that my package is not there.

So I took it to the UPS Store to get them to package it, thinking I would get it boxed there and then drive back to FedEx to drop it off. The team there offered to build me a custom box, though they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday (this was on a Saturday). I was leaving town Sunday, but when I told them that they said it was no problem; they offered to wrap the box and take it to the nearby FedEx shipping center in the shopping center on Monday, when I was out of town. They did so, and called me to confirm it Monday, and the package arrived with no trouble. Really appreciated them going the extra mile on what had been a very frustrating day up to that point.

I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them.
