They have a pretty decent price point and a good amount of stock as well as sizes. Customer service is also excellent and the quality is impeccable. The sweater are thick, soft and withstand washes. The last time I was in, they gave me a sheet of some of their vinyl to try as well.

I'd been saving to buy a heat press machine for a few months so I was very reluctant to throw $500 of my hard-earned money to some obscure company I'd never heard of and couldn't find anything about on the internet in terms of customers' reviews. I found their ad on Kijiji Montreal and it seemed too good to be true: 15x15 heat press machines at half the price of what I was expecting to pay, which could in fact allow me to buy the 16x20 model which was the price I expected to pay for the 15x15. I was excited but also suspicious since I couldn't find any reviews whatsoever on any reliable website. I did a few hours of research and a couple days of thinking before I decided the price was so appealing that I had to give it a try. I'm glad I did because the whole shipping process was very easy and efficient. I received a confirmation email right away and the machine was shipped the very next day. I received an email from customer support to let me know my light paper order was going to be delayed but I received both items the following week within a 24 hour period. I haven't actually had a chance to try out the heat press yet because I'm still missing a few things to get started, but I plugged it in and it does heat up, everything seems to be working fine so far and the quality is great as I expected. I'll have to update this review in a few months to let you know that the machine still works (hopefully), but for now I'm rating Middle Graphics 5 stars. Hope this helps!
