I had a good experience with this urgent care clinic. They took my insurance easily. I was seen right away. The staff was caring and friendly. The Nurse practiser Katherine White was very caring and attentive. Listened to my symptoms. Checked for my issue and wrote a prescription with a referral to a urologist. I would give them no stars if I could. The receptionist was rude and told me I had a $55.00 co-pay which I then called my insurance and my co-pay is only $20. After I talked to the receptionist again after hearing the phone call she old me that my appointment was already canceled and to make a new appointment. Don't go there!! read more

Took my 91 year old mother to the Newport Highway urgent care. She is an established patient with Multicare, so I know they can see her records. Mom was put on a 10 day course of antibiotics by her multicare primary care for a cyst. On Saturday, she developed a urinary tract infection. Took her to urgent care where she was given a 3 day course of another antibiotic with instructions to stay on the original antibiotic. On Tuesday, received a call that they needed to change the antibiotic for the UTI, because the one they gave her wouldn't kill the cause of the UTI. OKay. No problem. So now mom has been on 3 different antibiotics within 7 days. Friday night, mom developed a yeast infection. Called the urgent care Saturday morning to ask for a med for this because she was very uncomfortable. They called in a TOPICAL cream (nystatin) for this and told me to buy OTC monistat. Topical nystatin is not going to cure a vaginal yeast infection. Mom is 91 years old and has fairly severe scoliosis, so suggesting she would be able to use monistat insertables is beyond laughable. The other option was to bring her in for an appointment. Why? So they can make more money? Her primary care Dr had said to call if she developed a yeast infection from the antibiotics, but since it is Saturday, that is not an option. So my 91 year old mother gets to suffer another day and half before we can contact her primary care for an oral medicine! read more

I came in the early morning before I went into work and immediately the front desk receptionist was soft toned , very gentle with me and offered water , tea or coffee. During my visit the rest of staff was equally soft toned and gentle , everyone was kind and overall made me love coming to indigo urgent care. I'll never go back to random urgent cares in Spokane. read more

Went to the Airway Heights facility first. In which there were no appointment slots immediately available. So we were booked into the "Shadle" office. Got checked in, waited for our appointment time, got taken back to a room as we were the only ones remaining in the waiting area. The overall process went pretty smoothly, with the exception of what appeared to me of being forgotten about. As for about 45 minutes no one bothered to even check on us, or let us know the status of when the doctor was coming in. Finally, a gal opened the door with a surprised look on her face that we were even there, now apologizing indicating we were next to be seen and that the doctor will be coming in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the "PA" finally showed up. The concern I had was I only saw one "PA" for what appeared to be a very busy medical facility. Another concern would be that this is supposed to be an "Urgent Care Facility". The wife was clearly dehydrated from running a low grade fever. So when she requested IV fluids, we were told that they do not provide that there. We were told that we would have to go to the ER for this procedure. I came here to avoid those exact expenses. But it seems to me that the staffs qualifications on performing this are not there. Ended up going to the ER 4 days later anyway. read more

The people staffing the Shadle Park location are rude and refused service because my insurance wasn't contracted. They accused me of insurance fraud and the guy behind the counter, who was not even helping me said "sorry I don't make the law." I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this facility, let alone be treated like that. As a medical facility, you are supposed to help not turn away people who have insurance and are willing to pay for service! I give zero stars to this facility and hope MultiCare can hire better employees who are nice and respectful to people in the community! read more

I was seen there on two occasions for covid and first thing that was an issue was the online check in didn't work when I did as I still had to go in and check in with the front desk. The first visit I did took around 2 hours to get done even though I had made an appointment to get checked out and tested . Once I got into a room, their care was good. I made a second appointment as a follow-up as I was still having issues. I went there for my appointment only to find that they were closed. No phone call or email was sent to notify that they were closed that day, good thing it was a short drive to there and back. But if had to make special arrangements or I lived a long ways away. I would of be very upset. So I jumped back on the web site and set another appointment up for the next day. Now that appointment was quicker / more timely to be seen in. Now for the kicker they don't want to do anything to help with FMLA paperwork.They told me that they leave that to the primary DR. Even tho this urgent care/Dr were the ones that confirmed my covid. But they are more than willing to due paper work for work release/or paperwork to travel and other things. I feel is the wrong business model to have in the current pandemic that we all are dealing with. read more

Make sure you call before going they will turn you away. Appointments first. Urgent care is no longer first come first serve. This was a very bad decision that some executive made that you can't even walk into a urgent care. Dumbest idea ever. If I want an appointment I'll see my PCM. After hours it's urgent care, super late hours is ER. Take away the appointment bullshit! And they are booked until Wednesday. So if you do walk in tmrw morning the patients that made an appointment has priority so you may sit there for several hours like an ER. Well hell you'll probably get seen faster in an ER. read more

I came up there for teeth pain cause I haven't eaten in weeks. You guys tell me that you called the CHAS clinic and had to twist their arm to schedule me and help me cause you said I had 4 no call no shows. I just called the chas clinic when I got home and they said they never said that to you and that I only have 1 no call no shows....I will never go to you guys again for the inaccurate information you provided me. Multicare Indigo Urgent Care - I was told they normally don't handle this type of issue so I might have walked all the way up here for help, for nothing. We will see..... - Urgent Care Near Me - Spokane, Washington

First complaint - I had a 2pm appointment and after being admitted withing ten minutes, the practitioner finally entered an hour later, just as I was about to walk out. Second complaint - they drew three blood panels, two of which could be critical if they come back elevated. Was told the results where a quick turn around and should have them back by end of day, otherwise would contact me the following morning. My day got away from me before I realized it was early afternoon and had no response. I called and left a message. No response. I followed up the third day and had a live answer to research and explain the results. Fortunately for me results were fine, however a patient with some alarm to their condition described by the standing physician should not have to wait nor be aggressive in determining there health diagnosis. read more

It's been one hour since I checked into my 10:00 scheduled appointment. After 20 minutes with three people in small waiting room; a very sick person came in with labored breathing. She was in the waiting room ten minutes before they took her back; doing vitals in waiting room. I opted to go back to my car as I felt safety precautions were not being taken. They called me into a room. I'm still here. Very frustrating and scary during this Covid time!!! read more

Indigo Urgent Care is exploiting the pandemic to make a killing on e-visits. My Multicare PCP triage nurse told me walk in to this urgent care after going over symptoms and recommended a Covid test to get back to work/school. Even though Covid testing and visits are supposed to be free through the Amercican Rescue Plan, they won't see you without a referral (I had one, but not the "right" kind, and they wouldn't call my provider, one of their doctors). The explanation was that there are so many people that want tests so they can go to a concert or travel. They strong arm desperate and sick patients by scaring them with outrageous quotes for care that are covered, but tell them to go home and pay anywhere from $40-99 to get pre-screened and approved for a free test. This clinic serves a lower income demographic and is utterly and epically failing the community. I watched people walk away in frustration when the staff wouldn't put them on the wait list, with a line out the door of patients needing care while they wasted time on hard-sell tactics instead of providing care. Indigo is okay turning away sick people and making the situation worse so they can make more bucks. Gross. read more

I wasn't feeling well and went to get a covid test. First of, the lady at the front desk was very rude, i walked in and she just sat there. After a few minutes I said hello, i have kids in the car do you think you could give me a call when i can get tested. Here was her reply, "Really? You don't think i get asked this question all the time? I will call you over when i'm ready." Surprised i just responded with Okay. After about 10 minutes I got called back to get tested. I have gotten other covid test before but none were like this one. She went straight up to my brain and kept going. In pain, I asked her to stop and she rolled her eyes at me and continued. This time louder, i said "please stop!" She stopped and said results will be back in a few hours and that they would call me. My nose hurt as she pressed something. I understand that we're all going through a hard time right now, but that doesn't give anyone a reason to be so rude and disrespectful. From my experience, I don't recommend for anyone to go here.
