If I don't feel safe with a provider, especially during such a difficult life or death time, why would I use them? Do Not Recommend.

Spent an hour with NP Freed, very comfortable visit, never felt pressured for time or information, just got to know me, what I needed, where I was coming from. Great folks! The concept of family is so important - I haven't gotten to have that in my life - (I bounced around doctors like crazy) so I really appreciate the trust that comes with time and age and experience. Our son has Erb's Palsy - an injury that affects the Brachial Plexus part of his shoulder and it was because he was stretched at birth and it affected him single handedly from the day he was born. She recommended occupational and physical therapists and is still forward facing even after his 5 years of life. Now he is starting Kindergarten and his shoulder is very useful and is affecting him only mildly when we were scared he was going to have very limited use. We are so grateful for her connections and resources. She let's us ask the questions that make us feel dumb as first time parents and trust me, none of us REALLY know what we are doing. Then there are the wellness visits, and any of us Yelper's with kids know anything - toddlers are crazy unpredictable sometimes and when you go to the doctor's once per year your child is completely different year to year. This year - about a week ago we had our wellness visit and he needed to finish up his school immunizations, discuss everything we had questions about and she did it with grace - all while giving his little Winnie the Pooh Bear the exact same exam to make him feel better. It was glorious - calm and peaceful office, great insurance cooperations and so forth. We are blessed.

They are closed on the weekends, where urgent care and the ER are the only options. My experience, as a senior on Medicare with hypotension sent me in search of a Dr. who would take me seriously and treat me w/respect. Dr. Sarah Crow was wonderful, though the lone physician when I met her. The other physician I saw was patronizing and diagnosed anxiety. The third physician was a traveling doc and said he wasn't able to prescribe. Three trips to the ER left me in search of a new clinic.

The guy sitting next to her had nothing to do with the conversation but felt the need to throw his 2 cents in telling me to go to the Er I told him I wasn't talking to him and that he was rude. He continued to run his mouth and argue when he wasnt ever apart of the conversation. There was a nice lady with glasses at the counter that seemed appaled that both of the workers were acting this way. I will never go there again and will tell everyone to avoid ever going there. Poor customer service, extremely rude, uncaring, argumentative, unhelpful clinic.
