Was really hoping for more, considering the price for the party package. Today I had 7 Kids in for a 2 hour party...... none of the kids went more than 5 mins without something glitching or kicking them out of games, constant need to help and reset not only headsets but the systems as well. For almost $400 for 2 hours when the kids had 40 min of game play all together was not worth it. Had half the kids quit an hour early due to being frustrated at the equipment. If you've never tried Virtual Reality before, this is the place to go! The total immersion experience is just incredible. My son was invited there for a birthday party and I stuck around for a bit to check it out. There are monitors there that let you see what each person sees and is doing. So my kid is standing there flapping his arms around and I'm thinking this is just another video game. He stopped for a quick break so I put on the head set to see what it looked like. Incredible! The headset straps on quite comfortably and secure. There are earphones to hear what is going on around you in the simulation. The vision is so outstanding that you have complete peripheral vision like normal vision. There is a tutorial that walks you through the setup process and explains the controls. The game that was playing is like guitar hero but with light sabers and flying cubes that you had to strike in time with the music as they fly at you and by you. This was so realistic that I found myself ducking and dodging. One object went by and as I turned to look, the scene behind me and above was just outstanding. The owners offered to give me a short free demo in a different room and I jumped at the chance. I plugged into google earth and the next thing I know I was soaring like an eagle through the mountains where I used to live. It was truly like being a bird flying low over trees and cliff faces. Then I 'landed' on a road and went into street view, it was like being there. They have many games for single and multiple players as well as non gaming applications. The headsets are professional quality and have earphones and microphones. The floors are padded and clearly marked. They sanitize the equipment after every use and have free bottled water in a fridge for players. The staff are incredibly attentive and at the ready to answer any questions that may be called out while playing. I found the whole experience to be absolutely incredible and worthwhile. The staff are so helpful here! It was our first time doing VR and we were impressed with our experience. Tucked in the back of a parking lot in Eugene, you could easily pass this place a dozen times before realizing it was there. $10 for 1/2 an hour and $19 for 1 hour, we decided to go with the 1/2 hour to get a feel for things. We went during the day on a weekend and there was no wait. The staff walked us through the basics and even helped us during our gameplay. The vast options of games was daunting, and the staff member helped us choose a Zombie apocalypse thriller that we thoroughly enjoyed. This was a fun activity that we would definitely do again. Good value for money. In the future we would do the hour session and try out more games. The specific room we had was for two people but I do recall them mentioning rooms with the capacity for more players. read more

Took my kids here for my sons birthday. They enjoyed the VR. I understand it is a new business and I respect what they are doing bringing VR to people. But there is definitely room for improvement. The teens running the place wernt the best. Maybe we chose the wrong day/night. We had a reservation and when we showed up they had to kick another family out since they forgot about there being a reservation. Very awkward to start. One of the teens working there got kind of snappy with my son. All in all the kids DID enjoy the VR and some better communication skills should be acquired by the staff! The atmosphere feels like a home living room when you walk in with two stations set up. Two more private single rooms and another double room set up. We paid $60 for 4 kids to play for an hour which is the best price you are going to find around here for VR. -My 8 year old kinda struggled with the headset being too big FYI for smaller children. read more

PROS: I appreciated the light blocking setup and temperature control. These are crucial in the summer months when the body heat/body odor of clients using active body VR games has been a negative factor in other venues for me. The HTC Vive Use Tutorial which does not count against your purchased time is strongly recommended for people new to VR. Staff recommended good entry level VR games to play with a friend that I brought along. After initial setup employees remained available within hearing distance and promptly changed games at my request. CONS: The venue is nearly invisible from the street. As a VR enthusiast I have been in their parking lot before and never noticed them for 2 years while shopping nearby. They need better advertising as I only found them via a spur of the moment Google Search. With no signage or advertising I didn't feel the usual excitement first entering the premises. The price seemed a bit high per hour. However they do have a half-hour option which mollified me somewhat. read more

Very cool experience. I would definitely do this again. We arrived a little bit early as my family and I are new to gaming and figured this would be a fun adventure to try out. Even though I booked and prepaid online earlier In the week the guy ( I don't remember him even introducing himself) could not see my reservation. He asked me for my name and etc to search for it but still couldn't find it till I pulled out my email confirmation and showed it to him, he said "the booking didn't load into their system". Then he somehow found it and started "hooking" is up to the stations. He quickly generally went over how to use the controller and let us have a go at whatever games we wanted. I didn't like that some of the games I wanted to play wouldn't or couldn't load "as it was never played before" so nothing else couldn't be done, either wait for it to load or try another game. I must say it wasn't easy at first figuring out how to play some of the games. Fruit ninja wouldn't load and surgical operation would not load either- I tried 3 times. My husband got on the car driving station and got motion sickness 5 minutes into the game. The employee told him he was the longest person to stay on that long. My husband was too sick to play/do anything else. My daughter and I however found Beat Saber and stayed on that game for nearly 2 hours. The employee was nice enough to extend our play time due to my husband getting sick. It was so much fun. I took away a star due to the light weight customer service and lack of games to play. read more

Super fun place for some VR gaming. I don't own a HTC Vive or Oculus Rift, or any VR gear for that matter, but despite it being my first time I got the hang of it really fast after a quick five minute tutorial (which was free btw) and had a nice thirty minutes of play time for only $10. I played some Beat Saber and another game I can't remember the name of (but it was really fun I promise). The staff there were really helpful on teaching me as I went along and whenever I asked a question they were quick to respond. Despite their presence in and around the room it never felt like hand-holding at any point. They have several setups throughout the building and super comfortable padded floors in the VR play areas. I had a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back with some friends for my Birthday. read more

Went to this place the other night and I enjoyed myself immensely. I had read about VR for the last few years and wanted to try it badly. The place just opened recently but they always have plenty of stations set up for your enjoyment. The two people at the front were incredibly nice and extremely helpful. They have a wide array of games to choose from and they host will give you suggestions if you ask. But the main thing that's great about this place is that it gives people the opportunity to try out VR where it will be prohibitively expensive for the vast majority of us. This is the first time coming to any VR place, as my 12 year old daughter was dying to come, to play Job Simulator. The prices were more than fair, in my opinion, $19 for an hour, or $11 for 30 min. There were comfy chairs and a large couch for those who did not want to play, which I appreciated. What I really liked though was the extreme helpfulness of the polite young men who worked there. They went above and beyond to help out my daughter and her friend, who both have Autism, to help them with their many questions and game changes. They never once acted annoyed or put out, which was wonderful. I am thrilled with this place and we will be back for sure. Highly recommended to everyone!! This is an excellent date night, take your partner on a virtual vacation. The systems are Steam Powered HTC Vives. No, don't worry, they're not going to burn you. Steam is a software engine that has a massive amount of VR games and MultiVrse has almost all of them. If they don't I'd be surprised. From first person shooters to some very whimsical Secret Shops. Nothing can beat the experience itself, you're going to enjoy this suspension of reality and delve into your chosen adventure, story, or game. The staff is very polite, encouraging, and very knowledgable. The pervasive Uber Nerd hueberistic pride is NOT there at all. They truly have the hearts of teachers and answer any of your questions very politely. Manners are free and they go a long way, my hats off to the staff! You might wonder if you and your partner can play games together in a virtual world. You absolutely can, and it's a blast! Most instances can be coordinated so everyone can join since it's hosted on a network. Everyone enjoys it when you can play together or against one another. Parking is easy and the lots are open and expansive, they are dead end lots so there are no outlets to other streets and a quick Map search will show you that. The two way Willamette street is very helpful in a city where there are so many one way streets. I absolutely recommend it! Support a local business and have an excellent time doing it! read more
