This is our second visit to Claw city. I usually take my kids after school on Friday's. We park center from Oishii's and never have a problem in finding parking. The staff are really amazing!!! If you ask them to help you, they will kindly shift over items so you can have a better chance at winning (similar to Round1). I've added $100 each time on the card for my three kids, since it's the best value for credits. The kids usually are able to win quite a few items. The claws don't appear to be rigged. I would say their chances of winning are 1:3. Staff are also kind and give them a credit each time they shift the items so it's an "easier" win. All you really have to do is ask! Prizes seem to be updated as I don't recall any of the same items from our last visit. You can also save prizes to upgrade to different items they have at the front. I highly recommend you give them a try. These other reviews seem very harsh. You can spend a pretty penny or you can budget your plays (similar to Round1). read more

Best throwback night ever!" This arcade is pure nostalgia heaven. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with flashing lights, 8-bit music, and the smell of buttery popcorn -- it's like stepping into the '90s in the best way possible. They've got everything -- retro classics like Pac-Man and Galaga, racing games, air hockey, DDR (yes, the real machine), and even newer shooters and VR setups. The machines are clean and well-maintained, which is rare for arcades these days. I went with a group of friends on a Friday night and we had an absolute blast. Tokens are reasonably priced (or you can just load up a card), and they even had prizes that didn't feel like a total scam -- one of us actually won a decent set of earbuds! Bonus points for the snack bar: pizza was surprisingly good, and they had energy drinks AND slushies, which was dangerous and amazing. We live almost an hour away from this place but will still make plans to stop by when we are in town. My kiddos and I absolutely love it. Dylan noticed my daughter was set on winning a Kirby and was struggling, he came over and said they can be tricky because they are so fluffy. He opened the machine and restacked them into a little Kirby mountain near the Dropbox to give her a fighting chance. She was able to finally win one and it made her day. He really went above and beyond. It was also my son's birthday and he made it extra special by making sure he won a few things. Came to check this place out as they were closing because everyone was talking about it. Crazy arcade claw room with a trade up program to also win other prize such as international toys/figures, cards, and even giant life size plush from Pokemon to Mario. The location is very futuristic, clean, nothing like this in the city for sure especially the plaza in general. Look forward to bringing friends & family to this location especially before or after like a duck game or just on a weekend to do something different! read more

STAY AWAY!! This place is a scam! Owner claims the machines pay out 1 in 5. NOT TRUE! Even if that were true you'd have to stay in one machine. Worst $100 we've ever spent. Do not come here. The claws are rigged to drop the items. We've been to dozens of other claw arcades and they pay out much more than this one. We spent $100 in 15 min and walked out with 3 small items. This place will close quickly as they will prevent repeat business with this operation. Better odds in Vegas. read more

This is a great place. Super fun and the machines are actually winnable. The staff that work there are literally the best. Super friendly and very easy to talk to.
