Several machines were out of order, which made it even more frustrating trying to get laundry done. What really bothered me was that someone came in, collected money from the machines, and left without making any effort to clean or take care of the place. That tells you everything you need to know about how it's being run right now. There was also a ton of pet hair inside multiple machines. I'm allergic to pets, so that was a big issue for me and honestly pretty unacceptable in a shared laundry space. I even ended up picking up some of the garbage myself because it was getting on my nerves. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago, and it was a completely different place--clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the owners actually cared. Now it feels abandoned. Honestly, it's no surprise to see it up for sale. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my laundry.

I begged for her to get ahold of the owners just so I could get my clothes out and take them elsewhere to dry, she said there was nothing she could do. It has tv's with programs for kids to help keep children occupied, outlets, functioning bathroom and vending machines with laundry supplies and drinks as well as a machine for you to get quarters for your cash. I like the dryers because you can choose how long to have them on by how many quarters you put in. They have machines big enough for bedding as well and carts for your convenience. There is a decent Italian restaurant next door and a grocery store so if you need to knock out some other errands or get a bite to eat while your laundry is going, you can. The only criticism I have is that I don't know if they have wifi. This could help attract students and others. Take care of our laundromat, and it'll take care of you!

It is very well kept, clean, but the only problem I have is the cost of the use of the machines. They just recently had a price increase and the price has almost certainly doubled on the dryers. The large washing machines had a price increase of $.50 now they are $5.50 and $6.50 for the extra large machine. The dryers used to be $.50 for the first 8 min & 4 min aprox per $.25 and now they are $.75 for the first 7 min and 2 min for every $.25.

There were travel baskets in there for moving your clothes from place to place and the people in there also doing their clothes were friendly. Nice safe place to take care of your laundry business. I called the manager. She said that she would look into refund my money. I called a second time because it had stopped again. They was supposed to refund my money. Called four times in the next two weeks finally got the owner. He said that he had refunded me $35 when he had only refunded me 19.75. The machine says one price but then they charge you another price a higher price. I don't suggest anyone go there. I will never go there again. They're bad for business. The machines don't work. They take your money and don't be refunded. Then they lie to you when you call them. I give them a -4 out of 10.
