What really bothered me was that someone came in, collected money from the machines, and left without making any effort to clean or take care of the place. That tells you everything you need to know about how it's being run right now. There was also a ton of pet hair inside multiple machines. I'm allergic to pets, so that was a big issue for me and honestly pretty unacceptable in a shared laundry space. I even ended up picking up some of the garbage myself because it was getting on my nerves. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago, and it was a completely different place--clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the owners actually cared. Now it feels abandoned. Honestly, it's no surprise to see it up for sale. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my laundry.

The machines didn't break down on me and the place was clean enough, therefore, my experience there went well. Their prices were reasonable - $0.50 each for 1 load of Tide detergent and 2 bounce sheets, $1.75 for the washer, and $0.25 per 10 minutes of drying. There are 3 laundry places in town. I chose this one because it was the closest one to the place I was staying at, Super 8.

Parking was a little tricky but no problem finding a empty washer/dryer. There were travel baskets in there for moving your clothes from place to place and the people in there also doing their clothes were friendly. Nice safe place to take care of your laundry business. It has tv's with programs for kids to help keep children occupied, outlets, functioning bathroom and vending machines with laundry supplies and drinks as well as a machine for you to get quarters for your cash. I like the dryers because you can choose how long to have them on by how many quarters you put in. They have machines big enough for bedding as well and carts for your convenience. There is a decent Italian restaurant next door and a grocery store so if you need to knock out some other errands or get a bite to eat while your laundry is going, you can. I've hopped around a few laundromats looking for someplace I felt (COVID) safe and boy was I happy to see Ms Jennifer wiping machines down, offering patrons hand sanitizer, and disinfecting coin cups and offering assistance to everyone! It was BEAUTIFUL. It is hard to make companies and their employees understand that if your customers die from this virus, you WILL lose money. People and safety first. When customers see this, we appreciate it and will pass on word of mouth or by Yelp/Google reviews. According to the error message a spring had sprung and it had to shut down. The owner live directly across the alley so i went for help. The owner came back with me and tripped the main breaker to reset the washer. My money was gone but clothes not washed. That damn tightwad refused to refund me and was talking some used car salesmen smack/. He tried to blame me and when that didn't work he insisted my clothes were washed just as good even though it broke down before the rinse cycle. So my review is that the dont care about the customer and wont admit when they are wrong.
