I brought my car to Munro's Auto Service (NOT to be confused with Monro Auto Service and Tire Center) to address some shaking at high speeds before a cross-country move. Scott thoroughly inspected the vehicle for any potential issues and pointed out that my front brakes would likely need replacing soon. Knowing I was moving across the country soon, he managed to get the brakes done the same day, which was a huge relief. Scott was incredibly kind, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Visiting my daughter in Greenfield the starter went out in our car. We live 60 miles south, it was a weekend. Called Munro's Monday morning they could get it in Tuesday. Used his recommended towing, Ray's, they picked the car up within the hour. Munro's got my car in and fixed that day, a day early. All this was done over the phone. Great, fast service at good prices. I am very happy with the customer service, as well as the actual service I received here. Do not confuse this place with Monro's, like some people have and given poor reviews when it was not this place at all! Monro's is a chain and not affiliated with Munro's. I would give this place 0 starts if I could. Horrible. Gave these guys a call to see if they would take a look at my wheel bearings and a wobbly harmonic balancer. They said they wouldn't honor my Car-X (what this location used to be before it was Monro) warranty. Whatever, I needed it fixed so brought it in anyway. Walked in, and had to sit there and watch the two guys sitting at the desk argue about who was going to look at my vehicle. One was leaving in 30 minutes so he wasn't about to do it and the other flat out just didn't want to look at it. Monro obviously does not care about my business, and I'm sure that same ethic (little to none) would have been put into my repairs. I took my vehicle somewhere else, and will never waste my time with this business again. read more

Terrible experience. Bought new tires.........Jim the manager not helpful. We did all the research. All he did was talk about his wife's car and his Porsche. He added on extra services we didn't ask for. Good thing we looked closely at the bill. Took car home and a couple days later we noticed lug nut was missing. Stud was broken. Too big of a coincidence for it just to happen a day or two after tires were changed. They said they weren't responsible and wouldn't fix it. I wrote a poor review and someone from Costumer service (Theresa) wrote a response that we were to call her. Of course, after my husband made several attempts to call them and left messages, no one got back to us. I think her response to our review was to try to make them look better. We bought tires there before. But we will never go back and will encourage others to stay away. read more

Munro's auto service has moved. They are now located on 27th street just North of Edgerton Ave. (5048 S. 27th). I now trust them with my car. Scott has been working on cars since he was 12 (possibly earlier) and I swear that man can identify the problem with your car before you even lift the hood. These guys are honest and smart and they will not rip you off. Its a family business so don't get it confused with MONRO's which is a chain down the road. read more

Have had a variety of work done by Munro Auto Repairs ....Scott and his crew are: Reasonably Priced, Fair, VERY Honest and Knowledgeable! Have been using them since about 2008. Never have had a work quality, Never a Billing Problem. After I went to Munro's (previous location), I took two 1980's Sport Style Cars, that had been parked, unused for quite a few years, needing attention to Munro's for updating! Had my blower motor replaced in my 2008 Honda Civic. The service was fast with an appointment. I was disappointed that they charged more than twice what it cost for the actual part. The part cost $69 anywhere else and they charged me $165! read more

I hit a truck tire on the highway and found my way to Munro's Auto Service. They put my care on a lift, re-connected my power steering unit and clipped the loose quarter panels on the passenger front and rear making the care safe to drive. For all of this Scott would only take $20.00. Three women traveling from out of town felt very vunerable and the gentlemen at this place saved our weekend get away.
