My pain is intense and I cannot tolerate regular procedures. Dr. Burke was aware of this yet continued to try and treat my pain and with lack of pain control during procedures i was left yelling in pain during procedures. I asked for sedation during my pain procedure and what eas offered was minimal. He agreed to take me to Copper Ridge to sedate me so I could get treated... I waited 5 weeks for my appointment. Friday arrived and no call from Dr. Burke or his office. Come to find out they canceled my appt at copper ridge and basically said my pain isnt enough to be treated at copper ridge. When I called his office Friday morning his wife Kimberly got on the phone and said we have done enough to accommodate your pain and will not be taking you to the surgery center for sedation for your procedure. She has no business doing this and has caused issues in the procedure room with Dr Burke in the past. All they care about is sticking you with a stimulator. Dr Burke and his wife do not care about anyting other then a paycheck I now have back pain that previously wasn't there and the stimulator has completely ruined my life. Think twice folks... just cause they give you a warm and fuzzy with boston scientific i assure you its a joke....

This is no longer a "family" practice, rather than another business hungry provider. After 5 days…read moreof asking a question about a medication refill and being completely ignored, I finally received a "no" with an extremely passive aggressive and degrading phone conversation with a medical assistant. I have had multiple occasions of passive aggressive communication or no communication at all with this provider. After struggling with light-headedness and migraines for a week, I went in for a 5 minute conversation with no tests or solutions. The doctor insisted it was a "hangover" when I've never really drank alcohol in my life. I wasn't informed on my insurance coverage change, and this 5 minute conversation was $60. I had an odd physical injury being hit with a golfball, and I could hear nurses speaking about my situation and laughing outside the room. Made me feel bad and uncomfortable for asking for a female doctor for my first Pap smear. I schedule visits only to be seen weeks later, and never with my primary doctor. My entire family, friends, and co workers have all switched from this provider as these experiences are widespread. This practice has turned into a money-focused business. There is no family-feel when receiving care.
