She started out with lightly massaging my back, and the first thing she said was, "wow you have a lot of knots". This made me feel like she knew what she was doing and knew what to look for. She felt my back out for any tense areas and wanted to make sure to relax my body before going in with the deep tissue massage. She even went further explaining to me if your muscle isnt relaxed when getting a deep tissue, it can hurt me. So this alone i knew was a legit place. They're nervous and these are new skills for them. Every single student I have had was kind, caring, and striving to please. They regularly check in with an instructor if they are unsure of a next step and the instructors have always been polite, knowledgeable, and promptly available. Often the instructor will "fine tune" my cut at the end to fix anything they see and my cut always looks like I went to a high end salon. The prices are fair, the salon is clean and well kept.
