He was out to our cabin the next afternoon with all the necessary materials, and made quick, yet meticulous work of it. He voluntarily unpacked and installed the unit as well, completely cleaned up after the job, and looked at a few other areas of the cabin for us providing advice and recommendations. We have used the machine over a dozen times and everything is perfect. Extremely polite, professional, "above and beyond" service, and very reasonably priced. Definitely our go-to plumbing shop.

He was taking care of our home long before we purchased it and clearly knows the system inside and out. My husband and I have owned a number of rental properties over the years in various states, and as a result, we have dealt with various HVAC companies, both for service and maintenance, and these guys are the best, hands down. Even though our system is old (they don't make them like they used to ), Scotty has never tried to tell us it's time to consider replacing our system or sell us silly upgrades, something other companies we have worked would have absolutely done (and have done to us in the past). They also don't call me and try to sell me additional services. James Thomas and Scotty have our business for life! So, rather than take a chance on someone new we set an appointment to have a faucet installed in the kitchen due to having new countertops installed. They were prompt, completed the job in a timely fashion, the young man was very pleasant however, the price was beyond unreasonable. They did have to amend the pvc into the house but we supplied the faucet. The total was $815.00!!! We were charged over $300.00 just for new sink drainer baskets, over $200.00 just for installation of the faucet which we provided and the remainder was for amending the pvc! We WILL NOT be using their services again. They maybe Christians but their pricing sure doesn't reflect that!!

I was sooooo thankful because I was worried my dad would wake up cold in the middle of the night! He came out and diagnosed a bad capacitor and blower motor - had the unit back up and running before 10:30. Fair price and no gouging for the after-hours call - can't ask for more than that!
