I literally fallen into a horrible depression because of this because I am stuck here for days on end I can't get no one to take me to the grocery store those days I sit here two or three days at a time without no food nothing to drink no way to go anywhere because I'm stuck here because you took my car away from me when the women that were working assured me that my vehicle would be fine until I got back and I explained to her I had to go get the tools to fix it and she said everything was fine not to worry it was fine don't worry it's fine repeatedly that's all she said. And when I finally got everything together and got back there they had told my car off for no reason she didn't even act like it was any problem at all like nothing the first shift people said that it was gone before they got there so it had been the third shift people you have no idea what you have done to me by taking my vehicle away I mean there's days I can't even get myself up because of this depression that I've fallen into! Holidays that I have missed birthdays where I couldn't see my kids it is a horrible horrible thing by taking my vehicle for no reason whatsoever! This review is for the self service car wash center that's right next to Shell and I couldn't find…read morethat but this Shell Gas Station comes up when I search for wash centers. This place is pretty bad, the water pressure is dismal at best. Spending $5 in change was a huge mistake. The machine takes a good 20-30seconds to change from presoak, to 'high pressure' soap, then rinse was a serious disappointment. For some strange reason, a 5second splurge of soap came thru when I was doing the final spot free rinse. So had to add more coins to get that rinsed off. The results are far from spectacular and even with almost 4minutes or 'spot free' rinse starting from room and working my way down... wait for it.... wait.... there are hard water spots al over the car!! I'd the owner is reading this, please contact me so we can discuss what is needed to fix this, or just shut it down because I think my cars worse off after washing it here...

It is a bit of a distance from the exit. The station is easily seen from the road at a convenient traffic light. The exterior parking lot and the gas pump area is clean and well maintained. I haven't had any trouble using my fuel rewards points here at the gas pumps. Because of the distance from the Springboro exit off of 75 North it is not my first choice to fill up at though. The station seems to get a good amount of business from the traffic that travels past it. I've found the price for regular gas very reasonable here. I decided to try my luck with them only to have the gas station attendant come right behind me and slap the onions closed as I was walking away. Just trying to get on the road and out of town as fast as I can. Sorry to inconvenience both of the Speedways with my business. The empty food warmers is so common with this branch and the Springboro location. I don't known if this is lack of ordering or lack of what but it sucks. Also....the hot dogs were nasty. I really wish I could count on them it would be so convenient as much as I travel for work if they both functioned like they should.

After he filled his cup that was overflowing (probably why it's a mess) he went to the registers where he ignored a line. I went to a lady who had checked out four customers and all of a sudden they opened another register and she left... with me at the register. After they checked out two more customers I asked "should I go to another register?" Another guy came and said he'd check me out and she said, "we decided to change registers." Cool... but they didn't acknowledge me or tell me to go to the other register. (Sigh)
