That being said, the employees are very friendly and helpful (and patient when the customer is the one who doesn't know what flavor they want). Coffee is delicious and very flavored even when we request half-flavoring. Treats come out warm and are very delicious. Their waffle breakfast sandwiches are a seriously savory treat with a maple flavoring that's so good. This is NOT the place to go for basic, know-where-your-beans-are-sourced coffee.
