Nice people working here, but atrocious parking. Way too cramped. Took me 10 minutes to wiggle out this morning to avoid swiping trucks around me. Once I finally got out and circled to exit, I had to sit around another 10 minutes while another truck did the same. And it's a big lot, so they could easily repaint the parking spots to allow for more room. read more

First off I didn't have a bad experience here in fact it was quite nice. It was a good thing I got here early in the day because parking here is very tight. If you're not used to TIGHT PARKING then perhaps go somewhere else. If there was more space I'd give it a 5 star rating. read more

Another truck stop, but this one on the inside is pretty clean. The bathrooms were the cleanest I've seen since Colorado. There is a subway and a Dunkin' Donuts inside. Waffle House and a McDissmal's next door. The fuel island could use a good pressure washing, and the truck parking lot is of a decent size. I walked it earlier and looks like the back row isn't for a rookie. When I walked in the staff is on point and make sure that they greet you. I usually avoid truck stops. Not because I don't like truck stops, I'm just afraid I'm going to see someone I know. Haha. No, really. It's true. But this Pilot is completely awesome and deserves a shout out. I was working in Monroe the other day and was given a FREE fountain soda coupon for any Pilot. We headed up 75 and took exit 36. OK first up, soda. Actually, this soda wasn't for me. I was picking up a soda for someone else who said they wanted Pepsi. As a non-soda drinker, I was immediately confused by all the cup sizes and soda options. Fortunately, there were 2 Pilot employees ready to service the machines who where there to help. They were completely helpful, nice and didn't act a bit exasperated by my cluelessness. The coupon specified a free 20 oz fountain drink, but I could only find the 5 gallon size and 44 oz. I grabbed the 44 oz and started filling it up with the most awesome ice. Oh, I love the little ice pellets. The Pepsi was at the very end of the machine (no really, there were like 20 flavors of soda) and voila - there were the 20 oz cups... duh. I emptied the contents of my 44 oz drink into a 20 oz cup to comply with the terms of the coupon. When I finally go to check out (by the way, there were 3 people in front of me checking out and the line took less than a minute) I asked the girl at the register if they had any shorter straws. The only straws available were like... a million feet long. So she asked me why I didn't get the bigger sized drink. I said that I was trying to follow the directions on the coupon. She replied with a, "whatever, just go get the bigger drink. We don't have a small straw anyway." Yes! More stuff for free. I almost wish I actually was going to drink this Pepsi. So after all these Pepsi shenanigans, we actually did have to do some work and pick up some Diesel Exhaust Fluid. A gallon of the DEF was $5.99 in the store. Again, as we checked out, the girl at the register said that it's cheaper - $3.99 a gallon if you get it from the pump. You just need to have your own container for it. First off, the bathrooms are pretty impeccable. Isn't that the only thing to write a review on a gas station about? But seriously, gas is normally cheaper here right outside the city. The staff is super nice And there's a SubWay connected to it, so you can avoid the McDonald's next door and eat well. Normal truck stop fare, but I don't see as much of the touristy random junk for sale at this one. Its very nice, and clean, and inviting. read more

Nice truck stop! Very clean plenty of pumps so no waiting there. Great selection of food, snacks, drinks and gadgets. Most important I bought a phone charger and it actually worked! They also had two different restaurants attached a Pizza Hut and non-chain restaurant. Good place to stop! read more

Not the best truckstop , it's small. I think they bit off more than they could chew with the cramped parking spaces and limited food options but having a Waffle House on the property made the difference there must have been some major improvements than all the bad reviews I was reading. Stayed on a Sunday night and Monday morning , little to no business was fast, quick service. No wait for a shower . Would recommend if in the area but get there early or reserve a spot because it fills up super fast. read more

As Pilot stations go, this one is almost quaint. Not as large as some of the stores, but a great selection of products just the same. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked, and the staff is always very friendly. Attached is both a Pizza Hut and a Subway, so you can be healthy or not, depending on your tastes. The have the usual "truck stop" fare of hot dogs and prepackaged sandwiches, which I have not had a reason to try, and a pretty decent selection of coffees and fountain drinks. This is also, generally, the cheapest location to get gas between Florence KY, and Dayton OH. read more

My go to gas station on my morning commute from cincy to Dayton. Easy on and off I-75. Always competitive gas prices.

Pretty small and cramped as far as Pilots go. Kinda bummed there's not a driver's lounge to watch football, as my husband and I are stuck here on a Sunday, but there's a game room and showers. The lot is a pretty decent size and they seem to stay pretty busy. I think there needs to be a few more bathroom stalls, I don't think this place was meant for many truckers, but there's laundry facilities here, so that's a plus. The showers are pretty small, but the water is hot and there's a pretty decent pressure. read more

I just want to say that as a truck driver I am in many Pilot truck stops and this one is great. There is a large parking area to support many trucks-what a plus! The showers are clean with fantastic water pressure and plenty of HOT water--a dream come true!! They even have DVD'S at a fair price, you can get 2 for $12, a very good price in a truck stop. There is a Pizza Hut and a Subway inside as well as other food establishments within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. They sell beer there for those of us who may have to take our 34 restart, or just like beer with their pizza. A very nice place to visit. CLEAN!!!!
