Additionally, he's a very charming, pleasant guy to work with, and he's fantastically creative and artsy while still doing a great job with the formal portraits, etc., that weddings require. If I could give zero stars I would.They were in charge of pictures for the football league my son plays in. Pictures were done in October. It is now mid April and we don't have them. I have made several inquiries only to be told they are working on it. After it was apparent that they do not have my pictures I asked for a refund. My calls and emails go unanswered. Not only am I upset that I don't have pictures for this year but I'm so disappointed about how poorly they treat their customers. I sincerely hope they are not the company the league is using this upcoming season. If they are, we will make other arrangements.
