I was recommended to Dr. Hollenshead via referral, and choosing her was a great decision. The wait time was not bad, location was great, advice was sound. She didn't want to do anything unnecessary that would cost me extra, but gave advice with my well-being in mind. She's a younger doctor, and I would say very relatable to the young professional crowd. I hope to stick with her for years to come. Try her out!

She always give her 100% time and attention when I see her. She treats her patients like her own family. Her office is now far from me since she moved from Methodist Charlton to Preston Hollow but I followed her even if I have to drive so far! She is conservative with her treatment, she knows just what the right recommendations for my specific concerns and the 2 times that she has to recommend a specialist, I was happy with both doctors because he had them too personally. She is such a down to earth person, she gives me great advice with my daughter who is in premed school. She takes her time and never in a rush, I just love her as an MD and as a person!!! In about 10 minutes I ran into Nurse Adeline…read more The first 10 minutes after arriving, I was politely moved around as the staff worked on my Brother and told me to wait for the ICU team to give me an update. Then....I meet Nurse Adeline! Nurse Adeline explained every piece of equipment and shared the medicines he was being given. She helped shift my Brother up in bed, helped the patient outside his room, and shut the door to ER area C that wasn't closed.... all in about 3-5 minutes. She was friendly, helpful, and observant! I'm happy he is being cared for by her and the other staff I met this morning in his room! Keep doing a great job hiring great people!!

I find it very difficult to understand why we can't even have a simple, quick appointment to address what was happening in front of the office... OR JUST REFILL HER PRIOR RX for a rescue inhaler?! First off, the two times I've been I've waiting 30+ minutes for my treatment even though I was literally the only human there. Secondly, his Botox is crap or he has no idea how to inject it. I went in Dec of 2020 for 40 units and all went fine. Went back 4 months later (April 2021) and two weeks later, literally NOTHING changed. I still had full mobility in my entire forehead and crows feet. I called him to ask if he would fix it and he said not without paying the full amount again! I'm only 34 and have been receiving Botox for 4 years at 40 units, which is plenty for me. And one doesn't just develop an antibody in 4 mths. I researched it, and talked to other injectors, and they all said that it was most likely over-diluted or old, which is why it was so cheap. I went to Total Med Solutions (see Lauren!) 2.5wks after this treatment, got another 40 units, and 3 days later I'm already seeing results, which is per usual for me. I should have read all the reviews on Groupon before going. Other woman are having the exact same issues with his Botox not working! The Pics are 2 was after his 40 units of Botox.
