Then....I meet Nurse Adeline! Nurse Adeline explained every piece of equipment and shared the medicines he was being given. She helped shift my Brother up in bed, helped the patient outside his room, and shut the door to ER area C that wasn't closed.... all in about 3-5 minutes. She was friendly, helpful, and observant! I'm happy he is being cared for by her and the other staff I met this morning in his room! Keep doing a great job hiring great people!!

I still had full mobility in my entire forehead and crows feet. I called him to ask if he would fix it and he said not without paying the full amount again! I'm only 34 and have been receiving Botox for 4 years at 40 units, which is plenty for me. And one doesn't just develop an antibody in 4 mths. I researched it, and talked to other injectors, and they all said that it was most likely over-diluted or old, which is why it was so cheap. I went to Total Med Solutions (see Lauren!) 2.5wks after this treatment, got another 40 units, and 3 days later I'm already seeing results, which is per usual for me. When we finally went to pick up results we had been informed by our attorney that ONLY my husband was suppose to do the medical exam. I called the doctors office, explained nicely what had happened and tried to work something out to get back ANY $ we had spent with them. The lady on the phone was so nice and seemed as though everything would be okay. I show up to the doctors office 20 minutes later and I was ATTACKED verbally by the doctor and his assistant. They both told me I must have been crazy to come back and ask them for any kind of money. Unethical, unprofessional, and the most disrespectful group of people I have EVER had to deal with. They misspelled my husbands place of birth, phone number, and email address on the paperwork. These small details show that they clearly didn't care for their patient. They overlooked data entry details that could have potentially played negatively on our immigration case if we didn't have to do a second exam. Today (03/28/2019) my husband came to do another medical exam because his expired. They looked over the vaccines to make sure that he wasn't going to get vaccines that he did not need & were not expired.... This is when we were informed by the new clinic that my husband was given a shot that is not even required by Immigration & did not get the correct ones the first time other than the flu shot. They gave and CHARGED my husband for a shot that he was never suppose to get. How can you give someone a vaccine that they are not legally obligated to get???? We will have to get an attorney to look into this matter for us because this is completely unacceptable & a malpractice of the doctor and his staff to give someone a vaccine that was NEVER required. Save yourself the trouble. This place is the biggest scam.... Labs were ordered, but no one took responsibility for explaining what the results meant, how they connected to my symptoms, or what the next steps should be. A truly holistic practice understands that labs without interpretation are meaningless. Communication was dismissive and impersonal. I received canned, generic responses from providers I had never met or spoken with, which only reinforced how fragmented and inattentive this practice is. When I raised legitimate concerns about my care, I was met with attitude rather than curiosity, defensiveness instead of collaboration. Holistic care requires presence, continuity, education, and partnership. What I experienced was absence, poor coordination, and indifference. I never felt seen, heard, or supported--only processed. If you are looking for a practice that genuinely walks with you through your health journey, explains your labs, and treats concerns with respect, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
