Craig has been our inspector a few times over the 5.5 years we have lived in our rental property in Millersville. He is always genuinely interested in the proper functioning of all house matters including electrical, plumbing, the gas fireplace and all appliances. I actually look forward to our 6-month inspections because any minor issues that need PCF's attention are promptly addressed and resolved. Earlier this week, we had 2 appliances break. The first one was replaced within 48 hours and the second one is currently in the process of being replaced. The rental property we live in is 25+ years ago and a few things are becoming problematic, but PCF always communicates a resolution.

No storage in unit and assigned storage units are filthy and exposed to mice and other crawling things. Before Stork took over it was almost worth the $ because they were the cheapest around. Now Stork is in and it's a mess with half a$$ improvements that really aren't improments and the rent has gone from $935 to $1250.

They charged me for things I was never made aware of six months after they happened. They were unaware rent hadn't been paid till I called them on the 18th of the month to ask where my money was. They were late filing late notices, filing for evictions , they missed filing evictions. They are horrible at returning phone calls, texts, emails. Everything was a "glitch in the system" every time they don't get something done. Any time you raise a concern about their negligence they will remind you they manage over 200 properties so they are too busy for you. They fired the person working my property and didn't replace him for 3 months and then had to get that person "trained up" Meanwhile they openly admit they had no idea what was going on at the property during that time. Then they cancelled their contract with me so they didn't have to handle the eviction but told me if I wanted to pay them more money they would be happy to reengage.
