I called on Monday to see if I could schedule it to be de-winterized that Thursday or Friday. Their schedule was full but they told me to swing by at a certain time on Friday. Unfortunately, I was over 30 minutes late because the tires were very low after sitting in storage for 2 years, so I had to find a service station close to the storage lot to fill them up in order to safely drive to their facility. When I finally made it, they initially said they would get to it sometime that weekend, but I was departing on Sunday and was getting the tires replaced that night at a tire shop. So I thanked them for the attempt to fit me in and departed. I didn't get a mile down the road when they called me and said to turn around... they will get me in. All this while the owner had to run to an appointment of his own and had only one tech on site. They had me ready to go an hour later. They definitely did not have to do that, but they did. The owner even called me the next day to make sure it all went well (since he was gone when we finished up.) My biggest thanks to the family and crew there! If I'm ever back in the area with the Airstream, I will definitely bring it to Camper Care for any needed work! Highly recommended!!

I've never felt like they were trying to "hard sell" something. They've serviced our camper a couple of times and the pricing was reasonable. The giant dealership nearby required me to leave my camper in a 3 week que to be serviced which is not do-able for full-timers. All Pro worked with us to schedule everything for the same day so we could come in the morning and get our home back on the same day. Highly recommended.
