I ordered their patty melt, which, honestly I'd give a 3-star a-ok to. It wasn't phenomenal, but was decently done. Where things fell apart was the service. There were very few people in the restaurant while we we there, and still our wait times (for food, for drinks, for our check) were inordinately long. And, when we finally did get service (for food, our bill), we had to flag it down (after waiting nearly 30 minutes with entirely empty plates and glasses for the check). It was odd. Meh.

Pair it up with all the great beer they serve, and this place has definitely improved. We used to come to the Galena Brewing Company but felt it had gone downhill, unfortunately. This feels like what we were hoping for with new ownership and rejuvenated menus and staff. You're likely to run into times where you'll experience live music, loud volumes, and plenty of visitors, but our visit here was during a non-busy time since they just opened for the day.
