The house-brewed beers were solid across the board, especially if you're into German-style brews. Everything tasted fresh and well-crafted, not just thrown together. The food honestly surprised me--the portions were generous and packed with flavor. The smoked meats and comfort-style dishes really stand out.

Chedder wuerst with 1 cheese curd.

The Chedderwurst. So much for loaded with cheese curds. The first 2 bites had zero cheese. So I cut it down the middle to find 1 cheese curd. Very disappointing. Waitress needed retraining on the menu. She was nice though.

    Brisket smash burger

This place was phenomenal! Great beer (General Grant stout and Thirst Squirrel were amazing) and food (brisket slaughter and bison melt) was so incredibly well prepared!! Last but not least the service was amazing.

Pungent smell when you walk in. QR code ordering system doesn't work. Rude manager all add to a 'don't go' in my book.

A pretty busy place with locals and people from other areas. There's about what's expected on the menu it seems. Before even coming in there's a smell of barbecue. It's got a pretty full menu. There's a bar in the middle surrounded by plenty of tables. Beers are the main thing of course. It's about $7 a pint. Best one we had of these was the Coldstream Lager. This is a full bodied Bavarian style. A lot of the food is meaty. Brisket and that kind of stuff. Among the appetizers is the Cowboy Caviar. One of the few vegetarian options. This is a mixture of beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños, red onions, and tomatoes. It's about $16 for the Tex-Mex Bowl. This has avocado, cilantro rice, Cowboy Caviar, marinated cucumbers, pico de gallo, and Thai sauce. Of course an option is to get it with meats added. There's plenty more things including burgers and pork belly tacos among the livestock based foods. For around here it's one of the better places for big crowds. It's got beers and barbecue along with some healthier options. They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

I'm not a snob so I can do a nice place, a dive and anything in between which was how the weekend went. The bar was pretty busy for a Saturday night and I was going to do a fresh patty burger but pizza after pizza was going out the front door so I might rethink my burger. The place is your typical Wi small town bar and not a dive but old looking that is CASH ONLY with a full bar and restaurant. The menu is decent for a bar and they take the food seriously with fresh beef burgers and real pizzas. I had a couple beers and gin tonics which were ok and not top shelf. The place is pretty loud and it was hard having a conversation but it was the place to be. We ordered the 16'' Soprano pizza with sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers, green olives and black olives. First off they don't skimp on the toppings because they were plentiful and the pizza was really good with a nice saltyness from the green olives that worked so well. I doubt that they make the crust and I could be wrong but it very good because it was not thick or cracker thin but a nice in between that was like a fresh chewy crust from good fresh baked bread. It was weird to bump into the owner of the bar that we usually go to for drinks and pizza like we were cheating on him but it was all good but unexpected. Overall the pizza is good, the drinks are ok and the prices are very reasonable for a casual dinner and drinks and I see why they were packed and the lady's working the bar did an outstanding job keeping up with all the people.

As someone who is a vegetarian and has to eat gluten-free for medical reasons, my options were pretty limited. The first day I got the vegetarian omelette, which came with fruit and toast. I couldn't eat the toast, and the honeydew melon was off. I ate the omelette and the watermelon/cantaloupe. The next day I just got two fried eggs, and they were cooked as I requested. But I just couldn't get enough calories, as I chose to pass on the fruit. I did order orange juice to get more calories, and that was good. My husband and kid liked their meals, pretty basic breakfast fare of toast, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The hostess and waiters did not wear masks. The bus staff did. We wore our masks, as only indoor seating was offered, but no other patrons wore masks. Our waitress Robbyn was lovely.

The menu was quite a bit more extensive than I expected with lots of offerings for any taste. I settled on the fried broccoli and cheese bites and a chicken parm sandwich. Both of them knocked it out of the park. More places need broccoli and cheese bites. These ROCKED. The chicken parm sandwich was basic in nature but is exactly what I wanted from it. The best part? The bits of burnt mozz really underneath the sandwich for an added crunch. The service was everything you could have asked for. Quick, friendly. You name it. Glad to have made the decision to stop here a few weeks ago, and would absolutely recommend to anybody in the area.

Napkins are paper-towels off the roll, when asked for additional napkins we were given a stack of cocktail napkins. Had to ask for silverware and the plastic glasses all smelled like bleach. Only one person appeared to be working both the bar and table area, service was a little bit on the slow side, but the gentleman was polite and accommodating. Cheese Curds were good, nothing spectacular and the quantity received was on the small side compared to what you might get at other establishments. They were out of tortillas so there were no wrap options. For a Saturday, not sure how they could run out already by lunch time. Sunday, dinner? Maybe??? I could understand, but going into a weekend? How is your kitchen not fully stocked? Main meals were hearty and good (burger & cheese stake), but again, nothing really special. All in all the food was nothing out of the ordinary and the place is just basic.
