We booked our trip with them based on the promises they made to us, including specific hotels and visa arrangements. The trip has not even happened yet, because they failed to properly arrange our visas. On top of that, the hotels and other arrangements we were promised have not been provided as agreed. Instead, we were given completely different arrangements, including hotels much farther away. We trusted Salah Travels again, and unfortunately, once again, their promises were not fulfilled. We are demanding a FULL REFUND immediately. If they do not resolve this and return our money, we will continue sharing our experience publicly and provide the evidence of what was promised and what actually happened. People should be very careful before booking with this company. Do not rely only on their promises make sure everything is confirmed in writing before paying.
