The worst attorney ever ! Doesn't return calls, doesn't like to be called . Argues about everything , makes excuses for Everything! The biggest wasteful time spent plus Around 6k down the drain for what ? Shuffling of paperwork , a few phone calls . Zero help ,, if u like being treated like a suspect instead of an innocent person then call her . She should lose her Bar license . And I will be contacting them as well. Messy office , excuses . We hired her back in April to assist with a probate matter. She told us email was the best way to contact her so we did. Even to get advice she would have her assistant schedule a phone appointment, which was 2 or 3 weeks out and ended up getting cancelled 3 different times. When we expressed our dissatisfaction she made excuses. After 3 months of her not getting anything done and not being available for us we fired her as our attorney. Would definitely not recommend her. A good attorney knows when their caseload is too high for them to be effective at their job. read more

This woman is awful. Absolutely unresponsive, cancelled over three appointments with us, and pretty much ignored our emails. She always blamed her assistant for it as well. I would NOT recommend this lawyer. Unresponsive to phone messages, emails, says she is filing paperwork and never did. We gave her everything she requested over a year ago, and it took 6 months to get her back on the phone, only to get a laundry list of excuses, and requests for more documents, and empty promises that she will "get on it". I hired Pat for my divorce proceedings. Initially, the first few months she would return phone calls and emails. Then, she started to instruct her staff to make appointments for meetings instead of just replying to an email. She would make appointments with me and cancel them last minute. My ex would request to continue the case (6 times) and she would grant his request. Opposing counsel would send her correspondence and it would take her over a month to forward the correspondence to me. This was unacceptable. After almost a year of this nonsense I finally reached the conclusion that I'd rather hire a new attorney than to keep paying one that wasn't moving my case forward. It was a nightmare! I finally hired a new attorney. Almost immediately I saw the difference between the two. It took me 1 more year to get a final judgment. I am convinced that the year that I wasted with dealing with Pat's canceled appointments and non replied emails would have moved me forward in my divorce. In the end, time is money and money is time. I've learned that not all divorces are created equal. It's all based on different variables. Divorce is not for the faint of heart. It's a very difficult process if you're not a believer it might just make one out of you. I learned that God is in control we're not. But one thing we can control is who we hire as our representative in this process. Save yourself and hire someone that will be responsive to your case. Godspeed! read more

First things first SEEK DIFFERENT LAWYER. Don't bother or waste your time with this lawyer. She was absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever experience in my life. She was extremely unorganized, judgmental of me based on the lies of the person who I hired her to help defend me from, put her personal life above all. extremely unprofessional in every way, blamed her secretary for everything, never showed up to 2 of my court dates and the was late to the third and then tells me that didn't even need to be at that court date and that someone should have told me!! She was never available for me, always canceling our meetings and one time canceled the most important meeting we needed before court and went 6 weeks without hearing from her at all!!!! And when I asked her advice on something that any lawyer should honestly know she directed me in a completely wrong direction and acted like she had no idea what I meant and that made my child custody case be postponed longer than needed! Then when I had an emergency it was almost impossible to get ahold of her and then when I finally did and I was upset she tried to turn it on me and tell me "I wasn't listening to her" or "I wasn't understanding her" when in fact I was literally repeating her word for word and she kept going in circles to make me seem unreasonable. After asking a friend who is a criminal lawyer the first words out of his mouth were "fire that woman and find new council" and after doing that and hiring my new lawyer I couldn't be happier. WOULD NEVER recommend this lawyer to even an enemy. read more

I lost two cases with her. It seems that she throws the cases together last minute. There was a lack of communication and notification. She didn't fight for me. I had to coach her through the some parts of the case. Friends and family that were there wondered if she was going to do anything. I lost my cases, my money, and more with her. Pat was hands down an absolute lifesaver in a very difficult time in my life. My ex-husband filed several times attempting to get custody of our daughter and it was extremely stressful.
