I then changed sides and went to another pump but the manager came out and said that the credit card machine wasn't working so I pumped the gas and was going to pay when complete. The gas pumped into my truck so slow that I thought they must've been almost out of gas. After 10 minutes I finally hit $12. I then went in and told the manager about it going super slowly and he proceeded to tell me that I was using super unleaded which is not what I wanted. He then walked outside and put in an additional dollar 35 to " show me that the pump was working fine". I did not want an additional $1.35 going into a rental car but she went ahead and charge me for it. It is a shame that in such a nice town there are scumbags like this. I would avoid this gas station and drive the extra half mile to any other choice.

That should have been our first red flag. The dealer grabbed a jumper and charged the battery. My dad did some checks on it, no smoke out of the tail pipes when the accelerator was applied, oil pressure seemed good. We decided to take it for a spin. It shifted smooth and seemed okay, however the A/C wasn't cold. When we parked it back at the dealership it was idling high. My dad mentioned it to the dealer plus the A/C not working and he said that the battery was dead so that's why it's idling high and they would add some Freon to it. We talked them down on the price and came back two days later, signed an AS-IS form, which the dealer never told us was an AS-IS vehicle, but I signed because I trusted my dads assessment. I was handed the keys, cranked it up without issue, half way down the road I notice I barely had enough gas to make it to the gas station. I pull into the five star and reach for door handle and it's broken?! It wasn't broken when we test drove... Within 1 week, I've been having throttle issues, still idles high, won't crank up without gas being applied, all the anti freeze leaked out, the transmission had a massive leak, the radiator was cracked, plus hoses were cracked leading up to the heater core, thermostat was toast, all the sensors have broken clips, and when we zip tied the sensors together it threw the check engine light on. We hooked up a diagnostic computer and it couldn't read the code.... and the A/C still doesn't work. I've never had so many issues with a used car. Spent 2900 and have been out 300 so far trying to repair it. I will never buy a car from here again, nothing more than a bunch of scammers.

Hucks have better fountain drinks, but they aren't really convenient to where I'm normally going. Then there are super-sketchy Superstations where you go to buy drug paraphernalia. This 5 Star is the closest to my house, so I'm there a lot. It's also probably the busiest, so there are some times that I have to wait in line to check out. It stays fairly clean, but not as clean as the others. There is also a huge dent in the front wall as if someone drove right into the store. It's been there for a few months, so I'm not sure when (if ever) they plan on coming out to fix it. Still a huge fan of the banana bread, though!

I discover I like their chicken sandwiches, and the convenience of being able to pay with Apple Pay. Service was very friendly. I'll be stopping here again next year.

The restrooms are very clean which is very helpful when traveling to let others know! There is a small grass area as well if you need to relieve any pets. I was just looking for a cup of coffee but when I pulled in and they greeted me at the door and then the nice lady followed me over to the coffee to tell me that mediums are on sale for 25 cents if I didn't want that large for two bucks!! And then I realized they also have a deli that makes hot food and they have breakfast burritos that are reasonably priced and look delicious. Oh they also have gas if you have a need for that. I don't know if it's that they're brand new or they just have some of the nicest people in the world working here but either way it works
