    I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at the QT location on N Henry…read more I have been a loyal QT customer for years and visit this store almost daily, which is why this experience was disappointing. On my first visit, I purchased water and cashews. The shelf prices showed the water at $2.19 and the cashews at $1.29, but I was charged higher prices at checkout. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I was initially told they could only charge what was in the system. After making a phone call, the manager was able to adjust the water price by $0.30. However, I later realized the cashews were still charged incorrectly, so I requested a refund. The following day, I experienced a similar issue with another brand of cashews. The shelf price showed $1.29, but the register reflected a higher amount. Once again, there was a discrepancy between the posted shelf price and the price charged at checkout. My concern is not the few cents involved. My concern is that customers should be able to trust that the price displayed on the shelf matches the price charged at the register. I also felt that both managers appeared frustrated when I brought the issue to their attention. I was told that prices had not been updated because they had not had time to change them. As a customer, I do not believe it is fair for customers to be charged more than the posted shelf price because tags have not been updated. Customers should not have to question whether the advertised price is accurate every time they make a purchase. I also attempted to report these concerns through the proper channels before leaving this review. When I called, I was initially transferred to the wrong person. I left a message, received a return call, but unfortunately missed it. I called back and did not receive a response. Because I was unable to connect with someone to discuss the issue, I wanted to make sure my concerns were documented. I continue to shop at QT because it has always been one of my favorite stores. I appreciate the convenience, cleanliness, and service that QT has traditionally been known for. However, I have noticed a decline in customer service and attention to detail at this location. My intention is not to complain for the sake of complaining, but to bring attention to issues that affect customers and to encourage improvement. As a loyal customer, I would much rather see these concerns addressed than stop supporting a store I have enjoyed for years. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    This has got to be one of the nastiest quick trips i have ever been in! It smells foul like sour…read moremilk and the restrooms are disgusting. Ironically they don't have the sign on the back of the door with the 800 number to report! I would have bought food or a snack but it was horrible! I know like every where else they probably can't find help but you get what you pay for! Pay people better and they will do better and help you with your place. Very simple! Won't be stopping here again!
