I would not recommend visiting this location at any time. Mechanics wonder why they get a bad wrap for poor service and quality, this only futhers that skepticism for me.

(I previously brought it up to another tire shop that replaced a flat but they assured me it was the right size) I initially called D&A tires and the customer service and attention was present from the very first phone conversation. From the start, Danny covered all bases by asking me the right questions and verifying the tire size and make that were compatible with my vehicle. He ended up provided me a better (and safer) solution within my budget. When I finally showed up at the shop, he along with rest of the staff showed me the same patience and attentiveness throughout my on site experience. The staff is extremely polite and waste no time, they move at lightning speed. He is a business owner who really cares about people, his staff (I respect owners who treat their staff well), and providing HONEST service and quality products. Instead, one of the technicians rolled display tires right in front of my car like I didn't even exist--no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Just completely ignored. I stood there for about 15 minutes while they casually went about their business. Then another customer pulls up, walks inside, speaks to that same technician, and suddenly he's right back outside grabbing a jack and immediately servicing that vehicle. So let me get this straight--you ignore the customer who's been standing there waiting, but jump straight to the next guy who walks in? That tells me everything I need to know about how this place operates. This wasn't about being busy. This was blatant disregard and zero respect for customers. I left, and I won't be back. If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of customer service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of professional shops out there--this is not one of them. I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed.
